Gisele Bundchen's diet may be extremely healthy, but a certain dairy-carb combination gets her in a good mood. "Good morning Brazil! The face of who loves pão de queijo (cheese bread). Maintain a Positive Outlook

"Life is our biggest gift, and it's more fragile than we know. In a second, everything can change," she recently wrote in an inspiring post. "There is no better time than NOW to take a leap of faith, and do all the things you've never taken the time or had the courage to do. To spend time with the people you love, to live, to love, to play, to laugh–may we live each unique moment of our lives with presence and gratitude."

Meditate

Gisele is a big proponent of meditation. "Meditation has been an incredible gift in my life. Just 10 minutes of practice a day can change your day–and creating a regular meditation practice can change your life," she wrote in another Instagram post. "It has transformed mine! If meditation is challenging for you, perhaps you can start off with a guided meditation, or with some nature sounds, or mantras. Whatever works best for you."

Do Yoga

Yoga is one of Gisele's favorite workouts, as it benefits her body and mind. "Many years ago, after going through one of the most difficult times in my life, I immersed myself in the very deep process of getting to know myself better," she wrote on Instagram. She added that as a result of her practice, she "came out of that period stronger and happier, and knowing that no matter how difficult challenges appear in the moment, they always bring with them an opportunity for transformation."

Eat Mostly Plant-Based

"At our house, we try to eat organic foods that are in season and locally grown," she told Marie Claire about diet of choice. "We believe that by buying locally, we'll have a better chance at getting foods that are fresh and also support local farmers. We eat mostly a plant-based diet." Of course, there is always room for cheese bread!

Maintain an Active Lifesyle

Even when she isn't exercising, Gisele is moving. "I love any type of exercise that I can do outdoors; horseback riding, biking, and skiing are some of my favorite ways to stay active and connect with nature," she explained to Marie Claire. "Not only do these activities help me stay in shape, but they help in giving me clarity and perspective. Being active fuels my body, mind, and soul. It just makes me happy."

It's All About Moderation

Gisele allows herself to indulge. "I'm not super strict and believe everything is OK in moderation," she told Marie Claire. "My ultimate guilty pleasure is dark chocolate." And cheese bread, of course.
