Gisele has a new moon message for her fans. On Wednesday the 41-year-old supermodel shared a photo of herself in a meditative stance on a beach, as the sun set behind her. 1. She Encourages People to “Go Inward”

“It's that time of the month when the new moon invites us to stop, go inward, and write down our intentions. What do we want to manifest? What areas do we want to work on? There’s no better time than now to make the changes necessary to achieve our goals,” she wrote, offering a few tips. “Direct your energy into something constructive,” “Be open to change, and to unexpected outcomes,” “Know that it’s all happening for you,” “Embrace our differences. Give others the dignity of their own process without judgment. We all process things our own way!” and “Be clear about what you want, believe in yourself--and take a leap of faith!” “Let’s all go create! Happy new moon!” she ended the post.

2. She Meditates

Gisele is a big proponent of meditation. “Meditation has been an incredible gift in my life. Just 10 minutes of practice a day can change your day--and creating a regular meditation practice can change your life. It has transformed mine! If meditation is challenging for you, perhaps you can start off with a guided meditation, or with some nature sounds, or mantras. Whatever works best for you,” she wrote in a recent post.

3. She Is a Yogi

Gisele is devoted to yoga. “Many years ago, after going through one of the most difficult times in my life, I immersed myself in the very deep process of getting to know myself better. With the help of yoga, she “came out of that period stronger and happier, and knowing that no matter how difficult challenges appear in the moment, they always bring with them an opportunity for transformation,” she wrote in a recent Instagram post.

4. She Eats Mostly Plant-Based Foods

Gisele maintains a mostly plant-based diet. "At our house, we try to eat organic foods that are in season and locally grown," she told Marie Claire. "We believe that by buying locally, we'll have a better chance at getting foods that are fresh and also support local farmers. We eat mostly a plant-based diet."

5. She Enjoys Outdoor Activities

"I love any type of exercise that I can do outdoors; horseback riding, biking, and skiing are some of my favorite ways to stay active and connect with nature," Gisele revealed toMarie Claire. "Not only do these activities help me stay in shape, but they help in giving me clarity and perspective. Being active fuels my body, mind, and soul. It just makes me happy."

6. Moderation Is Key

“I’m not super strict and believe everything is OK in moderation,” she told Marie Claire. Even she has a weakness. “My ultimate guilty pleasure is dark chocolate."
