1. She Loves Trampoline Cardio

Goldie is one of the many stars who likes to get her jump on with a Jumpsport trampoline. “My crazy @mindup mindful movement for today. Dance, jump and twirl like nobody’s watching ❤️💃🏼⁣⁣ and thanks @dualipa for the best addition to my trampoline playlist!,” she captioned a post, including a video of her workout.

2. She Hikes and Walks in Nature

Goldie loves getting her sweat on while reaping the benefits of nature. “Keep your Mind Up for Nature,” she captioned a recent post. “Do you ever feel happier after spending time in nature? Science has revealed that outdoor activities have some incredible benefits on our mental and physical health! Connecting with nature and the environment can improve our mood, lower blood pressure, and reduce feelings of stress and anger. Research also shows that spending time outside is linked to higher levels of concentration, creativity, and improved mental clarity. Watching a sunset, going for a walk around the neighborhood, or even just adding plants to our home, are just a few of the many ways we can reap the benefits of nature.”

3. She Regularly Exercises for Her Brain

Goldie works out regularly, for her body and mind! “Keep your mind up for exercise,” she captioned a post. “Research shows that people who exercise regularly have better mental health and emotional wellbeing. Physical exercise can help boost our mood, concentration, and also help us achieve a positive outlook on life. The great news is that exercise doesn’t have to be strenuous or take a long time to make us feel good. Studies show low or moderate intensity exercise is enough to make a difference in our mood, behavior and thinking patterns. The levels of chemicals in the brain, such as serotonin, stress hormones and endorphins, can change after just a few minutes of a light workout! Recent research also indicates that exercise decreases sleep complaints and insomnia, and also improves our coping ability and self-esteem.We all know the physical benefits of exercise but it can also profoundly impact our mental health in an amazing way.” She added to People that she tries to “stay positive and be very, very active,” and doesn’t skip a day. “I walk every day and I run and do all kinds of that,” she said. “If I don’t have an hour, I’ll do 15-minute intervals. Actually, it’s a very good thing to do. If you’re taxing yourself too much in an hour, you’re taxing a lot of things.”

4. She Doesn’t Eat a Lot of Food

Goldie’s diet doesn’t involve a lot of eating. “I do a lot of juicing, I don’t put a lot of food in my stomach and I don’t mix my foods too much,” she told People. “So if I want to have protein, I’ll just eat a bowl of lentils, I won’t mix it with a bunch of stuff.”

5. She Plays Golf

Another one of Goldie’s go-to outdoor workouts? Golf. “Golf is another way to experience mindfulness,” she said in an Instagram post taken from the golf course. "Walking the course also allows you to better appreciate the surrounding nature and fresh air. There's something soothing about being in the midst of all that green space, Dr. Muller says. One of his favorite courses, built on an abandoned phosphate mine in Florida, features rolling hills, small ponds stocked with fish, and abundant birds and other wildlife. The walk also gives you time to strategize about your next shot.
