Gracie Hunt is the current reigning Miss Kansas USA. She also works in public relations for the Kansas City Chiefs. Hunt is spending time with the team for training camp, and is also spending time by the water. Hunt posted a series of photos on Instagram of herself sunbathing on the beach. She wore a bathing suit from the team in the photos. 1. She Takes A Waterbottle With Her
Hunt shares a lot of her wellness tips on her website. In this post, she shared her tips for staying healthy while traveling. She says that she always takes her waterbottle with her. “Staying hydrated can help you to avoid fatigue while traveling. I always carry a water bottle with me and make sure to drink a glass of water before traveling.”
2. She Gets Moving
In the same post, Hunt writes that she likes to get moving each day, especially when she’s on the road. “When you’re out of town, it can be hard to stay in your normal workout routine. I encourage you to plan some form of daily exercise. It can be something as simple as walking to go get coffee or exploring the property you are staying at. You can also incorporate activities such as swimming in the pool or even visiting the hotel gym.”
3. She Does HIIT

In this post, Hunt revealed what a typical day in her life looks like. She says that she likes to do high intensity interval training to stay in shape. “HIIT workouts are one of my favorites. They burn more calories, target multiple muscle groups at a time, and can also lower blood sugar and blood pressure. Just remember: HIIT & don’t quit!”
4. She Loves Yoga

In her post, Hunt revealed that she also likes to practice yoga as a way to stay in shape. “Yoga is a great way to put your body through active recovery and stretching which helps with injury prevention while also being active and getting a good workout in. It’s no surprise that after pushing myself to the limit during CorePower that I’m hungry!”
5. She Eats A Healthy Breakfast

In that post, Hunt revealed what meals she eats in a day. She says that she eats pretty healthy, especially when it comes to her breakfasts. “The first meal of the day kick starts your metabolism and helps to provide the energy and focus needed to work efficiently throughout the day. One of my favorites is this delicious and vitamin-packed berry smoothie bowl, and a vegan matcha latte.”
