One workout Hunt enjoys doing is going on runs. She shared this video on Instagram to celebrate Global Running Day. Hunt captioned it, "Happy Global Running Day!! (Even if this post is running behind) 8 mile run for me. For me, running is AMAZING. It makes me feel FREE, POWERFUL, ALIVE, BEAUTIFUL…it's also challenging. Sometimes it's hard to find the motivation to 'just do it', but it gives me the strength to overcome obstacles and to reach my goals. Whether you can run, or just walk…get out and MOVE. A journey of a thousand steps begins with a single step."

She Loves Green Juice

Hunt shares a lot of her favorite foods and wellness secrets on Instagram. In this post, she revealed that she likes to make green juice, specifically each morning. "Celery juice is a morning fave," she says. "I am not a fan of juice cleanses/fasts. But I do like to incorporate green juices into my diet to add vitamins and minerals to help stay hydrated."

She Eats Healthy

Hunt shares a lot of her favorite healthy meals on Instagram. She took her followers through her day on a plate in this post. Hunt captioned it, "Another full day of meals. Breakfast: coffee with almond milk, iced tea, sautéed veggies. Lunch: shrimp cocktail & a Greek salad. [Afternoon pick me up coffee]. Dinner: yellowtail sashimi, sautéed mushrooms, and a raw veggie salad with shrimp & seared tuna. Dessert: Dark chocolate (not pictured because I was too excited to eat it).

She Loves HIIT

In addition to Instagram, Hunt also has her own website, where she reveals her favorite exercises. In this post, she talked about her love of high intensity interval training. "HIIT workouts are one of my favorites. They burn more calories, target multiple muscle groups at a time, and can also lower blood sugar and blood pressure. Just remember: HIIT & don't quit!"

She Loves Yoga

Hunt is also a fan of yoga. In the same post on her website, Hunt writes, "Yoga is a great way to put your body through active recovery and stretching which helps with injury prevention while also being active and getting a good workout in. It's no surprise that after pushing myself to the limit during CorePower that I'm hungry!"
