1. She Skis
Alfano does a lot of outdoor activities to stay in shape. One thing she enjoys doing is skiing. She shared this video on Instagram of herself on the slopes. She captioned the post, “Incomparable feeling of freedom to ski in these glorious Argentine landscapes.” The University of New Hampshire states that skiing has a lot of benefits. “When you ski you carry the weight of your entire body on your feet. Your knees are the joints that endure that weight and must be able to move quickly despite it, so they are being strengthened when you ski.”

Alfano shared some of her diet tips in an interview. “I practice fasting once a month,” she says. “Between my breakfast from seven in the morning of one day, until seven in the morning of the next. This way, when you are fasting, you don't expend energy in the digestion process or nutrient assimilation; then the organs that are involved in these processes rest, so you took the opportunity to eliminate and purify toxins, damaged cells, diseased tissues and everything that is, in quotes, our garbage.”
5. She Doesn’t Focus On Losing Weight
When it comes to her diet, Alfano isn’t concerned about her weight. She revealed in an interview, “I eat healthy, but for health, not to lose weight.
