1. She Hikes
Gallanagh does a lot of outdoor activities to stay in shape. One thing she enjoys doing is going hiking and going on walks. She shares a lot of posts on her Instagram of herself going on hikes. Gallanagh posted this photo of herself walking by the water in Buncrana. She also shared this hiking video, captioning it, “Live wild.”
2. She Runs
Gallanagh also likes to run to stay in shape. She even trains for races, and shares her progress on Instagram. After a run, Gallanagh posted these highlights. She captioned the post, “Whoooooo so delighted I finished the @vhiwmm this morning!! And what a gorgeous morning for it! ☀️I really enjoyed having something to train for, and want to say well done to any of the girls that have completed their @vhiwmm, and good luck to anyone yet to do it.”
3. She Swims
Gallanagh loves to swim to stay in shape. She spends a lot of time at the beach and the pool, and she shares a lot of photos on Instagram. Gallanagh posted these photos of herself swimming in the ocean in Ned’s Point. 4. She Works Her Upper Body
Gallanagh has been working on her upper body strength. One thing she did to do this is pull-ups. She shared this pull-up video on Instagram and talked about her process in the caption. “I didn’t edit out the first failed jump, cuz it’s just so funny hahahaha. But I know this isn’t perfect by a long shot, but I have been trying to do a pull up for an embarrassingly long time. I’ve always had such little upper body strength, and have spent months training upper body and trying to get enough strength to be able to do one, so I’m buzzing with myself.”
5. She Roller Skates
Gallanagh is learning how to rollerblade and rollerskate to help support a domestic violence charity. She has documented her process on Instagram. She shared this photo of herself blading, captioning it, “Lifting your foot up in skates is much harder than it looks - you need to have so much skill like me.” She also shared this video of herself skating, captioning it, “Okay lads I just did my mile on rollerblades in aid of the @donegalwomenscentre - as you can see it went extremely well. I flew it, no bother to me. I can only fit like 3 vids on this reel - I’ll pop up the rest on my stories.
