She Balances Her Diet
Tavassi opened up about her diet and exercise in an interview. She says that she varies her diet depending on what she has eaten in the past, keeping it balanced. "Compensation, my dear girls. So if I know that I have had a horrible week, where I ate fried food, sweets, everything and more, either I make a vegetable puree in the evening (which you always see) or I start the week eating well and then Friday and Saturday I background. You must follow my advice."
She Does Hormonal Workouts
In the same interview, Tavassi admitted that she doesn't always enjoy working out, and isn't always consistent. However, she also says that she found hormonal workouts as a way to stay in shape. "There is one thing I do secretly. I mean, not secretly, but I didn't want to flaunt it from the rooftops, because it's something that takes very little time and then they keep killing each other in the gym. I do my hormonal workouts that last a maximum of 30 minutes and without even working too hard, because they are really designed to lose weight, to firm up and eliminate cellulite."
She Rides Jet-Skis
Tavassi does a lot of outdoor activities to stay in shape. She spends a lot of time by the water, and shares a bunch of posts on Instagram. Tavassi likes to go jet-skiing. She shared this video of herself and her husband jet-skiing in Dubai, captioning the post, "Baby don't worry I'll take you 💁🏽 ♀️ @umbydap84 and the final pat." She Swims
Tavassi spends a lot of time at the beach or the pool. Naturally, she likes to swim to stay in shape. On her Instagram, Tavassi has a bunch of posts of herself in the water. She shared this set of photos of herself swimming in Portu Su Raxi, captioning it, "The donut behind, after I took it off." Tavassi also shared these photos of herself in a jacuzzi.
