Gwyneth Paltrow's Goop Cruise to Set Sail in October

The partnership between the wellness brand and Celebrity Cruises will include a programming led by goop practitioners

Prior to the pandemic, Gwyneth Paltrow's goop revealed a partnership with Celebrity Cruises, promising to infuse a dose of wellness into the traditional cruise experience. COVID-19 put a temporary damper on the plans, but in April 2021, the actress and entrepreneur announced she had extended her relationship with Celebrity, signing on as their "Well-being Advisor." Soon travelers will be able to experience the wellness cruise, as a series of sailings are scheduled to leave port in October, featuring wellness programming led by goop practitioners.

Goop influencers will be on board for a series of four sailings in the Caribbean starting in October. As part of the experience, guests will be able to attend various wellness classes including workouts and mindfulness exercises led by Gwyneth's go-to experts. October 9, Colette Dong, founder of the ness, a New York based trampoline workout studio and Deganit Nuur, a renowned spiritual teacher, clairvoyant intuitive, acupuncturist, and speaker, will be on board the Celebrity Summit. The 5-day cruise will sail out of Miami.

October 24, Celebrity Apex will host Dana Childs, an intuitive, energy healer, and teacher and Tina Jackson, a classically trained dancer and movement curator, for a 4-night cruise out of Ft. Lauderdale. The same pair will also be onboard the Celebrity Edge sailing out of Ft. Lauderdale on October 30 for a seven-night cruise

And finally, on December 13 guests can experience the Celebrity Millennium, departing Fort Lauderdale for a 10-Night Eastern Caribbean cruise, where luxury fitness expert Drea Wheeler will be offering her trademarked Bodylicious™ classes.

"As our guests have returned to travel, they've expressed how sailing has been a source of healing for them after a very challenging year," Celebrity Cruises President and CEO Lisa Lutoff-Perlo explained in a press release. "Nowhere else can guests experience this powerful confluence of the serenity of the sea with physical and emotional wellness."

"Physical, mental, and spiritual well-being are inextricably connected-and how fun to explore all, on the water, in the Caribbean," said Kiki Koroshetz, goop's Senior Wellness Director and contributor to Celebrity's Women in Wellness group. "We look forward to sharing the wisdom of an incredible group of teachers with Celebrity Cruises' guests."
