Paltrow revealed some of her wellness secrets to Women’s Health. She says that she works out on a regular basis, as she has made it a large part of her daily routine. “I’ve made it a habit, just like brushing your teeth. That’s how you have to look at it.”

2. She Eats Healthy

Paltrow tells Women’s Health that she has the same mentality with healthy eating that she has with exercise. She says it makes it a regular part of her routine. “I have a pretty healthy diet,” she says. “So when I’m eating processed foods and not watching my alcohol intake, I feel it.”

3. She Indulges Sometimes

Paltrow admits to Women’s Health that she does like to indulge from time to time. “You want deliciousness, you want fun — pleasure,” she says. “You’re going to have a baguette-and-cheese-and-red-wine frenzy sometimes, but you want it to be a choice you’re awake to: ‘I know this might not make me feel great, but today I’m choosing it anyway.’”

4. She Doesn’t Let Criticism Affect Her

Paltrow has been subjected to a lot of criticism over the years. However, she says that she doesn’t let it bother her. “When someone doesn’t like something you do, or doesn’t share your interest in something, that doesn’t have anything to do with you,” she says to Women’s Health. “One of the best things someone ever said to me was that the only time criticism hurts is if you have a judgment about yourself about that very thing.”

5. This is Her Morning Routine

Paltrow revealed her morning routine in this post on Goop. She revealed some of her favorite wellness routines. “Brad and I meditate for 20 minutes. We practice TM, which I learned seven or eight years ago. I initially did it sporadically, and it didn’t really become a routine until Brad learned it, too, and it became more easily integrated into our mornings. It’s been nice to do together during the pandemic, and we’ve kept it up.”

Paltrow has to try a lot of things for her website, Goop. One thing she tried, and enjoyed, was goat’s milk. She tells Shape, "I just tried a goat milk cleanse for eight days to rid my system of parasites. That was really interesting. It's only goat's milk and herbs. The theory is that we all have parasites, and they love the milk protein. So if you eat nothing else, they all come out of the intestinal wall and then you kill them with the herbs. I had to try it for Goop, but I felt so good after it."

3. She Takes Supplements

"When I had PJ, it was like a switch flipped," she said. "I had her late in life, and I know that I want to do everything I can to keep up with her. I equated being healthy to feeling great with her, both mentally and physically,” she told Glamour South Africa.

My healthy lifestyle is now fueled by the intention of having the most energy I can to keep up with her and to make sure I’m blessed to be here with her as long as I can. Gwyneth Paltrow is an actress and wellness maven. She won an Oscar for her role in Shakespeare In Love. She also won an Emmy for her role on the second season of Glee. Paltrow is also a wellness maven, and has the brand Goop. She recently shared a photo of a Skims outfit on her Instagram story, captioning it, “#WellnessWednesday before a break.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Gwyneth Paltrow stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

1. She Walks

Paltrow shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with Vogue. In it, she talked about one of her favorite ways to stay in shape. “I also love to walk,” Paltrow revealed. “I walk and walk and walk! Someone once said to me ‘walking brings the soul and the body together,’ and I really believe that.”

2. She Gets Facial Treatments Done

Paltrow shared her skincare secrets in her Vogue interview. She says that she likes to have different treatments done to her face. “I used to get facials regularly, especially when I lived in London, with Anastasia Achilleos, but I haven’t seen her since before the Covid-19 pandemic,” Paltrow said. “I really love a facial massage, [lymphatic] drainage, and working the muscles, as opposed to lasers. I’m a little freaked out about using lasers on the face, and I’ve seen weird results on certain people. It feels risky. Once in a while, I’ll do a facial with red light for inflammation or something like that. We also sell the Lyma laser at Goop—it’s really good and gentle, so I’ll do that.”

3. She Embraces Herself

In her Vogue interview, Paltrow talked about the importance of embracing her changing looks. “As women, we want to be healthy, we want to be aging,” she said. “This idea that we’re supposed to be frozen in time is so weird. I love it when I hear somebody like Andie MacDowell, with her beautiful grey curls, talking about embracing aging and the difference between how we handle a George Clooney [compared to how most women are perceived]. It’s handsome to go grey [as a man], but for women, it’s like, ‘What do you plan to do about your wrinkles and your aging skin?’ There’s definitely a double standard. But again, we want to be aging! I think we want to be setting examples of how you can age. Every woman should do it how they want to do it. Some women want to address every single thing aesthetically, and some women want to be a fabulous French grandmother who doesn’t ever do anything. Everybody should be empowered to do it how they want to.”

4. She Loves Baths

To wind down, Paltrow likes to take baths. She shared her favorite bath products in her interview with Vogue. “We made a bath product at Goop that I love, which is called the Martini—it has oils and different salts in it,” she said. “There’s a brand called Bathorium that I use, as well as Pursoma. I like to mix up the bath salts and make it a really sensual experience. Very, very hot water and stay in it for 20 or 30 minutes.”

5. She Works Out Regularly

GwynGwyneth Paltrow/Instagram

Paltrow makes working out a priority in her life. She revealed in an Ask Me Anything series that she exercises regularly. “I do something six days a week, but with a lot less intensity than I used to,” Paltrow explained. “Even just going for an hour walk, or like now, I’m walking around our giant Goop office. I usually take multiple spins around to stretch my legs. But I try to do something – a little something – every day.”

Isabelle Mathers
Isabelle Mathers/Instagram

Isabelle Mathers knows how to turn fitness into fashion. The influencer and model has built a massive following through her stylish collaborations, and her latest collection with CSB is no exception.

Recently, Mathers gave fans a glimpse of her go-to workout looks, modeling sleek two-piece sets in soft toffee and blush tones. The brand captioned the post, “Our fit checks until further notice 🤎 toffee & blush by @isabellemathersx now live.” While she looks effortlessly chic, her fitness routine isn’t just about style—it’s about fueling her body with the right foods and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

From nutrient-packed meals to balanced eating habits, here’s a look at how Mathers stays in top shape.

She Loves Avocado

Mathers makes sure to eat a healthy diet. She shared some of her favorite foods in an Instagram story highlight. In this photo, she is seen eating a salad with avocado. The Cleveland Clinic says that avocado is very healthy. “Avocados are a good source of fiber, which is a type of carbohydrate that your body can’t break down. You need both soluble and insoluble fiber — and lucky for you, avocados have both.”

She Loves Cucumbers

In the previous Instagram story, Mathers included cucumbers in her salad. Cucumbers are very good for you. The Cleveland Clinic says, “Yes, cucumbers are a great part of a healthy diet! Cucumbers belong to the gourd or Cucurbitaceae family, along with pumpkins, squash and melons. This low-calorie fruit (yes, a fruit — it has seeds and grows from a flowering plant!) is chock-full of water and other nutrients, including fiber, vitamins A, K and C, potassium and calcium.”

She Loves Tomatoes

Mathers also put tomatoes in the salad in her Instagram story. According to The Cleveland Clinic, they are very good for you. “One cup of tomato juice offers 45 milligrams of vitamin C — about 75% of an adult’s daily needs. A powerful antioxidant, vitamin C helps boost your body’s immune cells that fight infection and prevent free radical damage to your healthy cells.”

She Loves Lettuce

Mathers naturally included lettuce in her salad. Lettuce is really good for you. The Cleveland Clinic says, “Lettuce is chock-full of antioxidants. These food chemicals protect you against free radicals, which cause inflammation and may contribute to eye diseases, diabetes and other chronic conditions. Research shows that eating a small side salad before your main course can help you feel fuller. As a result, you eat fewer calories during your meal. Findings suggest that starting your meal with a salad can lead to weight loss or help you maintain a healthy weight.”

She Loves Tuna

Lastly, Mathers included tuna in her salad. Safe Beat says that tuna has a lot of health benefits. “Tuna is rich in potassium, which is known for lowering blood pressure. Omega-3 fatty acids in combination with potassium bring an anti-inflammatory effect to the cardiovascular system, which in turn benefits us by lowering blood pressure, risk of stroke and heart attacks.”

Natasa Stankovic in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Wednesday Challenge"

Stankovic shares her go-to workout moves, from squats to lunges, cardio, Pilates, and strength training.

Natasa Stankovic isn’t just a content creator—she’s a fitness inspiration. Known for sharing intense workout sessions on Instagram, she keeps her followers motivated with creative exercise challenges and dynamic routines.

In her latest post, Stankovic teamed up with Aleksandar Illic for a lower body blast, pushing through variations of squats and lunges. Dressed in a sleek two-piece workout set, she captioned the session, “Wednesday challenge,” proving that fitness is all about consistency and fun.

So, how does she maintain her lean, strong physique? From strength training to Pilates, here’s a look at Stankovic’s go-to workout moves.

She Does Squats

Stankovic does squats to keep herself in shape, as you can see in her Instagram video. Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off…Hardwick explains that squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

She Does Lunges

Stankovic is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic reports that lunges are very beneficial to do. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

She Does Cardio

Stankovic likes to do cardio workouts to keep herself in shape. She shared this video of herself doing fast box jumps in different directions on Instagram. Stankovic captioned it, “Morning cardio challenge.” Cardio exercises have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says, “When you work your heart and other muscles of your body during cardio exercise, this increases oxygen supply to your whole body, allowing all muscles to work harder and more efficiently. Over time, regular cardio exercise allows your muscles to adapt to an increased workload, making regular activities seem easier.”

She Does Pilates

Stankovic shares a lot of her favorite workouts in an Instagram story highlight. In some of the stories, she is seen doing Pilates exercises on a reformer. Pilates is very beneficial. The Cleveland Clinic says, “One of the reasons Pilates is such a good workout is that it specifically focuses on building core strength.”

She Strength Trains

Stankovic likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. She shared this Instagram story of herself using dumbbells. ACE Fitness says that strength training and using weights has a lot of health benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

Kim French in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Real Results" Workout

Learn how she sculpts her powerhouse physique with deadlifts, lunges, squats, and more.

Kim French is more than just a personal trainer—she’s a fitness coach who empowers thousands through her Believe App and Instagram workouts. Known for her structured, effective home training plans, she proves that you don’t need a gym full of heavy weights to build serious strength.

In a recent Instagram post, French shared a glimpse of her at-home training, reminding followers that smart training delivers "REAL results." Rocking a sleek two-piece workout set, she showcased some of her go-to exercises, emphasizing that with the right strategy, anyone can see progress.

So what’s in her routine? From deadlifts to hip thrusts, here’s how French sculpts her powerhouse physique.

She Does Deadlifts

French is seen doing deadlifts in her Instagram post. This exercise has a lot of benefits. NASM says, “A Romanian deadlift is a hip-hinge pattern that works the hamstrings and glutes. It is a form of deadlift with noticeably less bend in the knee, leading to greater hamstring engagement than traditional deadlifts. The move was introduced to the masses in the 90s by Romanian weightlifter Nicu Vlad (an Olympic and World Weightlifting champion) and his coach Dragomir Cioroslan. The two invented the move to help Nicu strengthen his back for the clean and jerk. Today, RDLs are commonly used to strengthen the posterior chain, using the core muscles to stabilize and the hamstrings and glutes to drive the movement.”

She Does Lunges

Another exercise that French is seen doing in her Instagram post is lunges. NASM says that they are very beneficial. “The lunge is a versatile, simple and effective movement for lower body training. Various positions, planes of motion and speeds can all yield different training adaptations for the exerciser. Lunges are the gift that keeps on giving!”

She Does Squats

French is seen doing squats in her Instagram video. According to The Cleveland Clinic, squats are very beneficial. “Here’s a quick look at the many benefits of squats, also known as bodyweight squats or air squats: Works major muscle groups. Burns calories. Strengthens your core. Improves lower body strength. Enhances stability and balance. Betters your posture.”

She Does Hamstring Curls

French is seen doing hamstring curls in her Instagram post. According to The Mayo Clinic, hamstring curls are very beneficial. “The seated hamstring curl is an exercise you can do with a weight machine to work the muscles in the back of the thigh. As the name implies, the seated hamstring curl targets the hamstring muscles here in the back of the thigh. Strong hamstring muscles help to protect your ligaments in the knee.”

She Does Hip Thrusts

French shared this video on Instagram of herself doing hip thrusts. She captioned it, “Hip Thrusts are no doubt one of the best exercises for building your Glutes but of course with any exercise, the form has to be correct for you to see the maximum benefits…✖️ Feet too far forwards will engage your hamstrings more ✖️ Feet too close to you will engage your quads more ✔️ Feet placed so your calves are vertical will engage your glutes more.”
