Gwyneth Paltrow, the Oscar-winning actress and wellness maven, is enjoying her holiday weekend. The Goop founder, like many, decided to kick off summer by spending time in the water, and she made sure to get some photos. Paltrow regrammed a new selfie on her Instagram story of herself and a friend, Amy Griffin, the Founding Partner of G9 Ventures (the investment capital firm devoted to helping you "live, look, and feel better") and Co-Founder of Social Studies (which brings "parties into the 21st century"). Both of them wore swimsuits, looking gorgeous. Paltrow captioned the photo, “Forever and ever.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Gwyneth Paltrow stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Still Indulges

Paltrow says that she eats a pretty healthy diet. However, she told Women’s Health that she isn’t afraid to indulge once in a while. In fact, she thinks it’s good for her. “You want deliciousness, you want a fun life—pleasure! You're going to have a baguette-and-cheese-and-red-wine frenzy sometimes—but you want it to be a choice you're awake to: ‘I know this might not make me feel great, but today I'm choosing it anyway.’"

2. She Loves Goat Milk

Paltrow has to try a lot of things for her website, Goop. One thing she tried, and enjoyed, was goat’s milk. She tells Shape, "I just tried a goat milk cleanse for eight days to rid my system of parasites. That was really interesting. It's only goat's milk and herbs. The theory is that we all have parasites, and they love the milk protein. So if you eat nothing else, they all come out of the intestinal wall and then you kill them with the herbs. I had to try it for Goop, but I felt so good after it."

3. She Takes Supplements

Paltrow tells Women’s Health that she likes to take supplements each day. “I believe the combination of toxic load, the modern environment, and nutritional deficiency makes our bodies more vulnerable to breaking down,” she explains. “There are so many options for vitamins out there."

4. She Gets Enough Sleep

Paltrow prioritizes her beauty sleep. In a piece for DailyMail, the actress wrote, "Sleep plays such a powerful role in determining your appetite and energy levels that I believe it should be your first priority—even before you think about your diet," she said. "Call it vanity, call it health, but I know there's a huge correlation between how I feel and what I look like when I roll out of bed in the morning."

5. She Uses A Sauna

Despite Paltrow’s busy schedule, she still has time for self-care. She revealed some of her favorite ways to wind down to Shape. “I love to take an infrared sauna,” she says. “It's really detoxifying. It's a real gift to myself."

Actress and lifestyle maven Gwyneth Paltrow rang in the new year with her family. And they decided to spend some time by the water. Paltrow shared some highlights in a recent Instagram post. In one photo, Paltrow lounged on a hammock over the water. She wore a black bathing suit, showing off her figure. She captioned the post, “Wrapped up 2022 with a lot of heart and a little bit of waves.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Gwyneth Paltrow stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Uses All-Natural Products

Paltrow revealed some of her wellness secrets to W Magazine. She says that she keeps things natural. “Over the years, I’ve learned how important it is to read labels and know what’s in a product before putting anything in or on my body. There can be so many unnecessary ingredients in products that we just don’t need, and even scarier, there are a lot of toxic, harmful ingredients that are masked by product marketing. Xeomin has impressive clinicals, and the formulation is uniquely purified to remove unnecessary proteins, so you’re not putting excess ingredients into your face.”

2. She Stays Hydrated

Veuve Clicquot Celebrates 250th Anniversary With Solaire Exhibition - ArrivalsAxelle/Bauer-Griffin/FilmMagic

Paltrow tells W Magazine that she drinks a lot of water each day. She says that she also uses powders from Goop in her water. “I’m pretty consistent in my routine, though I am always testing out something or other for Goop. I start my morning, always, with Goopglow Morning Skin Superpowder in my water bottle. It’s full of antioxidants and fights free radicals from the inside out.”

3. She Uses Face Masks

Vertical,Shot,Of,Blond,Happy,Girl,Laughing,While,Using,FaceShutterstock

Paltrow has amazing skin. She tells W Magazine that one thing she does is use some of her facial masks. “The Goopglow microderm is pretty much the only mask I use. It’s only three minutes, but it’s a powerful little jar. Once a week, I’ll skip the microderm and do the Goopglow 15% Glycolic Acid peel at night. It’s akin to getting a chemical peel at the dermatologist, so it’s not for the faint of heart. It refines, retexturizes, and brightens overnight, while moisturizing with hyaluronic acid, so you wake up with a covetable glow. We also made a version with 5% Glycolic Acid for those with more sensitive skin.”

4. She Unwinds At The End Of The Day

Paltrow has a busy schedule, however, she always makes time to unwind. She revealed her routine to W Magazine. “I take a 20-minute bath every night. I need that ritual of unwinding from the day” "Research has found that your body experiences some of the same changes during a warm bath as it does during exercise, including better blood flow, a higher heart rate, and stronger heart contractions. And now, a study published online March 24, 2020, by the journal Heart has shown that middle-aged people in Japan who took a daily bath in either warm or hot water had a 28% lower risk of heart and blood vessel disease than people who didn't bathe in the tub more than twice a week," says Harvard Health.

5. She Eats Clean

Paltrow makes sure to eat healthy. She revealed some of her favorite foods and options to Harper’s Bazaar. “I'm usually eating for lunch stuff that you would see on the Goop website," she says. "Like a salad with some protein, or sometimes they're testing something really fun for detox, like they're using jicama for taco shells. They'll do a really clean version of a turkey burger with some kind of great sauce. It's very healthy and wrapped in lettuce or something like that."

Gwyneth Paltrow has been an icon for decades, as the face of Estée Lauder’s perfume, star of classics like Seven, Shakespeare In Love, and Iron Man (while nabbing an Emmy for her appearance on Glee) and now mogul: Paltrow is also the founder of lifestyle brand Goop, and is known for being very healthy. Goop just shared an image of the founder in a bathing suit, dry brushing her skin. "The benefits of dry brushing are noticeable both instantly and in the long term. Gwyneth uses her dry brush right before her morning shower," they captioned it. “The bristles feel so good on my skin,” she says. “There’s nothing like it.” (For the Goop story, go here.) 1. She Works To Accept Her Body

Paltrow tells People that she works to accept her body as she ages, especially growing up in the public eye. "Unfortunately, we're always looking at ourselves with a critical eye," she says. "I would love to get to a place where I don't do that anymore. I want to show up for myself in a more loving way, because it's all going south from here! There's nothing we can do about it." Paltrow also said that having her children made her notice changes in her body, and made her start to accept her body. "I was just coming out of my 20s when you're in that sexy, young girl phase and then you're like, 'Well, how do I reconcile who I am now with that?' For me, it was really about giving myself time to be a mother, and letting my body dictate where it was going.” Paltrow encourages mothers and other women to adapt this mindset, "Some women feel when they have kids that they don't feel sexual because their body isn't back yet. But it's like, 'Who said our bodies have to look a certain way?' It's hard as you age and change. But it's about bringing a wider spectrum of acceptance."

2. She Either Has A Smoothie for Breakfast or Doesn’t Eat It At All

Chocolate,Smoothie,Bowl,With,Granola,In,A,Coconut,Bowl,,TopShutterstock

Paltrow tells Harper’s Bazaar that she’s not the biggest fan of breakfast, and prefers to eat a later breakfast. “I’m not a big breakfast person,” she says. “I’ll eat brunch sometimes late on a weekend but, after I take my kids to school, I go straight to the gym.” Paltrow says on her Goop podcast that when she does have breakfast, she usually makes a smoothie. “On a normal day, I’ll have a smoothie for breakfast,” she says. Paltrow usually makes her smoothies with protein, healthy fats, and fiber, like cacao and peanut butter.

3. She Loves Water and Vitamin C

Paltrow says to Harper’s Bazaar that she makes sure to stay hydrated throughout the day, and that she starts her day with water. “I usually have a large glass or two of water.” Paltrow says that she stays hydrated throughout the day, and also includes Vitamin C powder with her water. “I always have a big thing of water at the gym, and I put two of our GoopGlows in for Vitamin C.”

4. She Eats Healthy Dinners

Paltrow says on her Goop podcast that for dinner, she has whatever she wants, with conditions. “But I do always try to avoid highly-processed foods and high-fructose corn syrup,” she says. Paltrow tells Shape that she likes to cook dinner as often as she can, saying, “I have a bunch of chicken dishes and pasta go-tos, and I do a lot of stir-fry for the kids. I always keep cooked brown rice in the fridge. Then it takes two minutes to chop up some vegetables, make a nice sauce, and you’re done.”

5. She Isn’t A Fan of Cleanses

Paltrow admits to InStyle that she isn’t a huge fan of cleanses and detoxes. "I'm basically never cleansing," she admitted. "Only if I'm guinea pigging something for the website. Or I try to do one good cleanse a year."

6. She Takes Vitamins and Supplements

Paltrow tells Shape that she incorporated supplements and vitamins into her diet. “I definitely take supplements. The way the modern food system is, we're always depleted of nutrients, so I take a good multivitamin, and a fish oil, and then I have other herbs for various things.”

Adding a playful pun to her caption, she wrote, “Never tyre’d of a good beach workout.”
So, how does she stay in such incredible shape? From strength training to boxing, here’s a look at her go-to fitness moves.

She Strength Trains

In her Instagram post, Sharvari is seen doing a strength training exercise. The Mayo Clinic says that strength training has a lot of benefits. “Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories. Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury. Building muscle also can contribute to better balance and may reduce your risk of falls. This can help you maintain independence as you age.”

She Does Yoga

Sharvari shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to do is yoga. Sharvari posted this video of herself doing poses on her page. John Hopkins Medicine states that yoga is very beneficial. “Regular yoga practice may reduce levels of stress and body-wide inflammation, contributing to healthier hearts. Several of the factors contributing to heart disease, including high blood pressure and excess weight, can also be addressed through yoga.”

She Plays Padel

Sharvari likes to play padel to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself on the court. Playing padel has a lot of health benefits. Everybody Health & Leisure says, “It improves cardiovascular fitness, helps to build strength and endurance, enhances coordination and promotes overall physical and mental well-being. Not to mention, it’s a fantastic way to burn calories.”

She Boxes

Another thing that Sharvari does to keep herself in shape is box. She first picked this up when training for the film, Vedaa. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself punching a bag. Sharvari captioned the post, “BEAST MODE on for Vedaa! ⚠️☠️🥊 Took up boxing to become Vedaa... Now I am ready to pack a punch or be strong enough to take a brutal beating 💪#Vedaa coming to a theatre near you on August 15th.”

She Runs

Sharvari likes to run to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself running on the beach. She captioned the post, “Decided to seas the day!” Better Health says that running is very beneficial. “Regular running or jogging offers many health benefits. Running can: help to build strong bones, as it is a weight bearing exercise, strengthen muscles, improve cardiovascular fitness, burn plenty of kilojoules, help maintain a healthy weight.”

Natasa Stankovic in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Wednesday Challenge"

Stankovic shares her go-to workout moves, from squats to lunges, cardio, Pilates, and strength training.

Natasa Stankovic isn’t just a content creator—she’s a fitness inspiration. Known for sharing intense workout sessions on Instagram, she keeps her followers motivated with creative exercise challenges and dynamic routines.

In her latest post, Stankovic teamed up with Aleksandar Illic for a lower body blast, pushing through variations of squats and lunges. Dressed in a sleek two-piece workout set, she captioned the session, “Wednesday challenge,” proving that fitness is all about consistency and fun.

So, how does she maintain her lean, strong physique? From strength training to Pilates, here’s a look at Stankovic’s go-to workout moves.

She Does Squats

Stankovic does squats to keep herself in shape, as you can see in her Instagram video. Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off…Hardwick explains that squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

She Does Lunges

Stankovic is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic reports that lunges are very beneficial to do. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

She Does Cardio

Stankovic likes to do cardio workouts to keep herself in shape. She shared this video of herself doing fast box jumps in different directions on Instagram. Stankovic captioned it, “Morning cardio challenge.” Cardio exercises have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says, “When you work your heart and other muscles of your body during cardio exercise, this increases oxygen supply to your whole body, allowing all muscles to work harder and more efficiently. Over time, regular cardio exercise allows your muscles to adapt to an increased workload, making regular activities seem easier.”

She Does Pilates

Stankovic shares a lot of her favorite workouts in an Instagram story highlight. In some of the stories, she is seen doing Pilates exercises on a reformer. Pilates is very beneficial. The Cleveland Clinic says, “One of the reasons Pilates is such a good workout is that it specifically focuses on building core strength.”

She Strength Trains

Stankovic likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. She shared this Instagram story of herself using dumbbells. ACE Fitness says that strength training and using weights has a lot of health benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

Kim French in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Real Results" Workout

Learn how she sculpts her powerhouse physique with deadlifts, lunges, squats, and more.

Kim French is more than just a personal trainer—she’s a fitness coach who empowers thousands through her Believe App and Instagram workouts. Known for her structured, effective home training plans, she proves that you don’t need a gym full of heavy weights to build serious strength.

In a recent Instagram post, French shared a glimpse of her at-home training, reminding followers that smart training delivers "REAL results." Rocking a sleek two-piece workout set, she showcased some of her go-to exercises, emphasizing that with the right strategy, anyone can see progress.

So what’s in her routine? From deadlifts to hip thrusts, here’s how French sculpts her powerhouse physique.

She Does Deadlifts

French is seen doing deadlifts in her Instagram post. This exercise has a lot of benefits. NASM says, “A Romanian deadlift is a hip-hinge pattern that works the hamstrings and glutes. It is a form of deadlift with noticeably less bend in the knee, leading to greater hamstring engagement than traditional deadlifts. The move was introduced to the masses in the 90s by Romanian weightlifter Nicu Vlad (an Olympic and World Weightlifting champion) and his coach Dragomir Cioroslan. The two invented the move to help Nicu strengthen his back for the clean and jerk. Today, RDLs are commonly used to strengthen the posterior chain, using the core muscles to stabilize and the hamstrings and glutes to drive the movement.”

She Does Lunges

Another exercise that French is seen doing in her Instagram post is lunges. NASM says that they are very beneficial. “The lunge is a versatile, simple and effective movement for lower body training. Various positions, planes of motion and speeds can all yield different training adaptations for the exerciser. Lunges are the gift that keeps on giving!”

She Does Squats

French is seen doing squats in her Instagram video. According to The Cleveland Clinic, squats are very beneficial. “Here’s a quick look at the many benefits of squats, also known as bodyweight squats or air squats: Works major muscle groups. Burns calories. Strengthens your core. Improves lower body strength. Enhances stability and balance. Betters your posture.”

She Does Hamstring Curls

French is seen doing hamstring curls in her Instagram post. According to The Mayo Clinic, hamstring curls are very beneficial. “The seated hamstring curl is an exercise you can do with a weight machine to work the muscles in the back of the thigh. As the name implies, the seated hamstring curl targets the hamstring muscles here in the back of the thigh. Strong hamstring muscles help to protect your ligaments in the knee.”

She Does Hip Thrusts

French shared this video on Instagram of herself doing hip thrusts. She captioned it, “Hip Thrusts are no doubt one of the best exercises for building your Glutes but of course with any exercise, the form has to be correct for you to see the maximum benefits…✖️ Feet too far forwards will engage your hamstrings more ✖️ Feet too close to you will engage your quads more ✔️ Feet placed so your calves are vertical will engage your glutes more.”
