Gwyneth Paltrow, the Oscar-winning actress and wellness maven, is enjoying her holiday weekend. The Goop founder, like many, decided to kick off summer by spending time in the water, and she made sure to get some photos. Paltrow regrammed a new selfie on her Instagram story of herself and a friend, Amy Griffin, the Founding Partner of G9 Ventures (the investment capital firm devoted to helping you "live, look, and feel better") and Co-Founder of Social Studies (which brings "parties into the 21st century"). 1. She Still Indulges

Paltrow says that she eats a pretty healthy diet. However, she told Women’s Health that she isn’t afraid to indulge once in a while. In fact, she thinks it’s good for her. “You want deliciousness, you want a fun life—pleasure! You're going to have a baguette-and-cheese-and-red-wine frenzy sometimes—but you want it to be a choice you're awake to: ‘I know this might not make me feel great, but today I'm choosing it anyway.’"
2. She Loves Goat Milk

Paltrow has to try a lot of things for her website, Goop. One thing she tried, and enjoyed, was goat’s milk. She tells Shape, "I just tried a goat milk cleanse for eight days to rid my system of parasites. That was really interesting. It's only goat's milk and herbs. The theory is that we all have parasites, and they love the milk protein. So if you eat nothing else, they all come out of the intestinal wall and then you kill them with the herbs. I had to try it for Goop, but I felt so good after it."
3. She Takes Supplements

Paltrow tells Women’s Health that she likes to take supplements each day. “I believe the combination of toxic load, the modern environment, and nutritional deficiency makes our bodies more vulnerable to breaking down,” she explains. “There are so many options for vitamins out there."
4. She Gets Enough Sleep

Paltrow prioritizes her beauty sleep. In a piece for DailyMail, the actress wrote, "Sleep plays such a powerful role in determining your appetite and energy levels that I believe it should be your first priority—even before you think about your diet," she said. "Call it vanity, call it health, but I know there's a huge correlation between how I feel and what I look like when I roll out of bed in the morning."
5. She Uses A Sauna

Despite Paltrow’s busy schedule, she still has time for self-care. She revealed some of her favorite ways to wind down to Shape. “I love to take an infrared sauna,” she says. “It's really detoxifying. It's a real gift to myself."
