With not one but two TV shows out there, Hailee Steinfeld is a double threat (quadruple threat if you count her movie and singing careers). At last night’s Hawkeye premiere—the Marvel TV series debuts on Disney+ November 24th—she stunned in a little black dress on the red carpet, and also looks amazing on the cover of Cosmo in a bathing suit. How does she stay so fit while keeping so busy? Read on to see 7 ways Hailee Steinfeld stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. Her #1 Exercise Rule

“My number one thing, considering my crazy, crazy schedule, is that I try to devote at least 15 minutes a day to getting some sort of physical activity in, whether it’s riding a bike, taking a walk, even just walking around in my backyard for 15 minutes—just something to get some fresh air and the blood pumping,” she told Byrdie.

2. She Loves to Dance

“I also spend a lot of time dancing when I’m on the road touring or if I have a performance coming up and I’m in rehearsals. I have six eight-hour dance rehearsals and that’s where I get my workout in. Dance is definitely my workout of choice because I love the fact that it never really feels like I’m working out. Before I know it, hours have gone by, and I’m sweating and feel great,” she told Byrdie.

3. She Eats Like This

"I try to have a good solid meal or at least some kind of snack every three to four hours," she's said, according to OK, which adds she likes “grilled chicken, broccoli and brown rice, but she doesn't deny cravings.” "Scrambled eggs, pancakes, what else? I love it all," she said once. "You know what the best thing in the world is? French toast with corn flakes. I had them in New York, I wish I could remember where, and it's French toast coated in corn flakes. It's kind of insane."

4. She Travels With Resistance Bands

"It keeps my head clear and keeps me in check," she said, according to Delish. "My dad's a personal fitness trainer, and he really helps me create a workout in the space that I'm in, wherever I am. I travel with resistance bands, so I'll jump rope and do a combination of movements [to stay toned]."

5. Her Dad Motivates Her

“Yes, he’s freakin shredded,” she said of her trainer dad on Father’s Day 2017. Peter Steinfeld is the brother of Jake Steinfeld, of Body by Jake, and helped Hailee train for Hawkeye.

6. She Likes to Kickbox

Hawkeye Los Angeles Launch EventJesse Grant/Getty Images for Disney

"It took me so long to get it right, but now, I've been doing it for so long that I didn't think anything of it," she said. “Exercising with others gives you a sense of camaraderie and support and may push you to perform better or at a higher intensity as you watch others challenge themselves. Remember: You can get these benefits from any type of class. Find something that appeals to you, whether it's yoga, kickboxing, Pilates or dancing,” says the Mayo Clinic.

7. This is Her Mental Health Message

“Talk to someone, whether it’s your parents or a friend or a counselor. I think it’s important to not isolate yourself,” she told HuffPost. “I was with a friend the other day who is also an artist and I was backstage and I was really nervous. In that moment I just instinctually removed myself from everyone and went and kind of just sat in the corner. My friend was like, ‘you know what would help with this is just being around people.’ And it did. Know that it’s OK to feel the way you’re feeling and express yourself to people around you.”

1. Sydney Sweeney

Sydney Sweeney revealed to Bustle that she makes sure to stay hydrated, in a big way. “I only drink water,” she says. “For whatever reason, when I was like 12, I decided I would only drink water and I just stuck with it. I love water, it’s my thing.” "Getting enough water every day is important for your health. Drinking water can prevent dehydration, a condition that can cause unclear thinking, result in mood change, cause your body to overheat, and lead to constipation and kidney stones. Water has no calories, so it can also help with managing body weight and reducing calorie intake when substituted for drinks with calories, such as sweet tea or regular soda," says the CDC.

Zendaya is open about being a vegetarian, which means she has to get a little creative when she’s ordering out. In order to help herself and her fellow vegetarian fans, she released a list of vegetarian options from popular restaurants on her website. Her order from Panda Express is the veggie spring roll appetizer with the mixed veggies side. While it might not sound filling, Zendaya assures it isn’t, writing, “Eat enough of both and it will definitely fill you up!”

"Euphoria" Season 2 Photo CallJeff Kravitz/Getty Images

Actress Maude Apatow is the daughter of actress Leslie Mann, and acting isn’t the only thing these two have in common. Apatow told Byrdie that Mann encouraged her to make a big change to her diet. “I quit coffee and switched to matcha.” Matcha is a form of green tea that uses the entire leaf in powdered form, rather than flakes of leaves. Matcha is a ceremonial tea that is gaining in popularity and becoming more widely available. Because the powdered tea dissolves directly into the water (and you can brew it hot or cold), some believe that a greater percentage of the nutrients in matcha become available to your body than with standard green teas

I don't care if I have to take five showers to get through the day. After a shower I get to start over and that’s a valuable way – at least for me – to make sure I'm feeling good about myself.”

6. Angus Cloud

"Euphoria" Season 2 Photo CallJeff Kravitz/Getty Images

Angus Cloud was a little nervous when he was cast on Euphoria, as he had barely any acting experience, and was sharing the screen with established actors. However, he tells Paper Magazine, that he helped work off the nerves through shooting season one. "The only way to feel comfortable was goofing off in-between takes, trying to play it off, level myself out," he says.

7. Jacob Elordi

Jacob Elordi broke down his fitness routine to Men’s Health magazine, and a lot of it is interval-based strength training. He says, “Do each move for 40 seconds, then rest for 20 seconds. Do 4 rounds.” Elordi’s go-to moves are tire flips, plank ups, ball slams, and battle-rope jumping jacks.

Over the past few years, Sydney Sweeney has become one of America’s sweethearts with celebrated roles in everything from hit HBO shows Euphoria and White Lotus to big-screen movies Once Upon a Time in Hollywood and Anyone But You. In addition to her impressive acting ability, the star is a total bombshell and has one of the fittest figures in Hollywood. Here are the top 5 habits that help her stay fit at 27.

Water Skiing

Sydney Sweeney arrives to "The Road to the Golden Globes Party"

Sydney has been water skiing since she was a toddler. “The moment I could walk, my mom put me on what’s called a U-board to learn how to ski,” she told Women’s Health. “I remember that whenever we would go by the docks of my grandma’s or my cousin’s house, I’d wave. I felt so cool because I could take off one hand. That’s my earliest memory of skiing, but I’ve been doing it as long as I can remember. It’s my favorite.” How does it help her achieve her amazing body? “It’s a lot of upper body strength, it’s balance, it’s core, it’s legs—you get tired really fast,” she says. “I see such a change in my body after an entire summer of [skiing]. My arms are stronger, more sculpted. My abs are rock solid. But I never look at it as a workout because it is so much fun,” she said.

Morning Workouts

Sydney mixes up her exercise routine, but likes to get workouts over with early in the day. “I like to work out in the morning, so I’ll either go for a run or I’ll go to Solidcore,” says Sydney. The high-intensity, low-impact Pilates-inspired workout “makes me feel so strong, but also elongated,” Sydney said about her sweat sessions. “I feel so good afterwards.”

Self-Care

Sydney engages in self-care activities. “I love to paint, and I love to read,” she said. “Those are the activities that are just for me.” One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years than those who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

One of the ways she treats her anxiety is by spending time outdoors with her dog, Tank. She takes him on walks or hikes. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day reduced the risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia, and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Strength training may also help you:

  • Develop strong bones
  • Manage your weight
  • Enhance your quality of life
  • Manage chronic conditions

Other healthy habits? “Prioritizing digestion,” she writes in the same post. “Making sure I get enough fiber & starting off every morning with a juice cleanse. This has helped me feel so much better everyday.” She also gets regular blood work done. “So important to check your levels and know what’s going on in your body routinely! Don’t skip the doc apts, always better to be preventative.”

Hiking

Mariana enjoys hiking. “Elevation therapy,” she captioned a post from one of her fitness adventures. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

  • Building stronger muscles and bones
  • Improving your sense of balance
  • Improving your heart health

Mariana does reformer Pilates. “POV: Stepping into the prettiest torture chamber,” she wrote across a video of herself at the studio. Why is Pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic, the workout has many benefits, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility, resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, stress and back pain relief, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Emsculpt NEO

Mariana recently got an aesthetic body treatment, Emsculpt NEO. “I’ve heard all the rage about the benefits to spot reducing fat & toning muscle so I had to give it a try to target those pesky lower abs. It was a 10/10 & a great addition to my workout routine,” she wrote.
