In her latest Instagram post, the Dickinson and Hawkeye star flaunts her incredibly fit figure in ab-baring and leg-flashing beachwear. 1. She Is Physically Active
“For me, it’s really always been a matter of being physically active, not so much working out,” the star explained to Byrdie. “My number one thing, considering my crazy, crazy schedule, is that I try to devote at least 15 minutes a day to getting some sort of physical activity in, whether it’s riding a bike, taking a walk, even just walking around in my backyard for 15 minutes—just something to get some fresh air and the blood pumping.”
2. She Exercises
Hailee trains five times a week, with her personal trainer: Her father Pete. "If I'm in the gym, I'll switch it up between the elliptical, bike, treadmill, or swimming," she dished to OK! about her workouts. Resistance work and cardio with circuit training and a whopping 3,000 crunches a day are part of her routine.
3. She Dances

Hailee also dances the calories off. “I have six eight-hour dance rehearsals and that’s where I get my workout in. Dance is definitely my workout of choice because I love the fact that it never really feels like I’m working out. Before I know it, hours have gone by, and I’m sweating and feel great,” she told Byrdie.
4. Her Diet Is Simple But Healthy

Hailee maintains she is “getting more and more into” nutrition. “I think as I get older, I can appreciate more of what I put into my body. I’m more aware of it,” she told Byrdie. “Especially, again, being on the road is such a hard way of living when it comes to nutrition because it will be super late at night, and you’ll realize hours have gone by and you haven’t eaten, and then there’s a drive-through, so you go through it. It’s hard. When I’m good, I just try to keep my diet very lean and simple.”
5. She Boxes
Hailee also likes boxing. “It’s something that I definitely enjoy,” she told Byrdie about her new workout. “One thing I love about it is that you don’t necessarily need to be in a ring to do it. You don’t have to be in a gym; you can be anywhere just with gloves and the pads—or not even the pads. You can do it anywhere, and that’s perfect for me.”
6. She Finds Ways to Enjoy Exercise

“Just going for a run and getting fresh air, even if it’s a walk. Ninety percent of the time I can’t work out unless I have music. And that 10 percent or maybe even 5 percent is when I just need fresh air, silence, or the birds and everything nature,” she told Hello Giggles. "I've always had a pretty healthy relationship to fitness," she added to OK!. "For me, it's always been about feeling good first and looking good second.”
