She Does Yoga

"According to the American Psychological Association, one of the best things that you can do to manage stress is to exercise regularly. If you're not very active or have mobility limitations, yoga is very adaptable. A common misconception is that you have to be super flexible to do it. You don't. You also don't need fancy equipment, a membership to an exclusive studio or clothing with premium price tags. What you will need is a lot of patience, the ability to laugh at yourself from time to time and a willingness to block out your ego," says the Cleveland Clinic.

"Pilates focuses more on muscle tone than building muscles and it specifically focuses on your core. While most people might consider just your abdomen to be the core of your body, it extends well beyond that," says the Cleveland Clinic. "Everything's attached,"  lead yoga therapist Judi Bar says. "With the core, besides the stomach area, you're also talking about your sides, your back and your hips." What happens in your core affects the rest of your body."

She Tried Plant-Based Eating

"Over the past 2 and a ½ months I completely cut out meat (other than fish) out of my daily eating and have been sticking to more vegetarian/vegan dishes," wrote Bieber. "I have never felt better! Feel so clear and energetic. Just sharing for anyone who may be thinking about cutting out meat," she continued. While being a vegetarian forever was not for her, she also added: "I don't eat a strictly plant-based diet and I do still eat meat. I just don't eat a lot of it. I've picked up more fish, greens, and lentils."

She Boxes for Cardio

"I also recently started to box for some cardio," Bieber said during lockdown. "Regular aerobic exercise can help you live longer and healthier. After all, aerobic exercise can reduce health risks, keep excess pounds at bay, strengthen your heart and boost your mood. It can also reduce your risk of death from all causes," says the Mayo Clinic. "Healthy adults should aim for at least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity or 75 minutes of vigorous aerobic activity a week, or an equivalent combination of moderate and vigorous activity."

She Walks Outdoors

Bieber is very often out and about in nature. A simply walk can do you wonders. "For many people, walking is a great choice for aerobic exercise. In fact, walking is one of the most natural forms of exercise. It's safe, it's simple, and all it takes to get started is a good pair of walking shoes and a commitment to include aerobic exercise in your daily routine," says the Mayo Clinic. "Of course, there's more to aerobic exercise than walking. Other popular choices include swimming, bicycling and jogging. Activities such as dancing and jumping rope count, too. Get creative."

She Wears Sunscreen

"I always wear SPF every single day," she told Women's Health. "I think if I had understood even younger [than I did] that [it] was so important, I probably would have done it sooner. But I think I'll be happy that I even started in my 20s."

She Cares for Her Skin

"I also pay close attention to when my skin might be going through different phases," she told Women's Health. "Like if the weather is a bit cold or when it's summertime and I'm sweating, I might switch up a few things in my routine." She uses the bareMinerals Skinlongevity Long Life Herb Serum, among other products.
