1. She Cares For Her Muscles
Bieber wears a purple string bathing suit under a coverup, with a bucket hat to boot. "Growing up dancing ballet helped me be more aware of how important it is to take care of your body — and I mean everything in terms of stretching, going to the gym and getting stronger," Hailey explained to Marie Claire. "I regularly visit a physical therapist and get massages to take care of my muscles. It's the glue that holds us together."

"We have lots of drinks, kombucha, water, La Croix (we love La Croix), Diet Coke, coconut water. Also eggs, milk, orange juice...the usual stuff. In the cupboards you would most likely find pasta, some canned goods, pasta sauce and some chips, cookies and crackers,” she told Elle.
3. She Doesn’t Wear Makeup All the Time
One of the photos Bieber shared was one of her wearing no makeup. "I’ve always been really comfortable about not wearing makeup in public. It gets harder when there’s people taking your photo every day—it makes me feel a little more self-conscious and question if I should have thrown on a little mascara. But 90 percent of the time, if you see a paparazzi photo of me with sunglasses, it’s probably because I’m not wearing makeup and I’m just trying to chill. I don’t have the patience to get ready every day. So, contrary to popular belief, most of the time I’m not wearing makeup,” she told Marie Claire.

"My husband is very conscious of [health], too, because he is a performer, which requires him to dance, jump around, and exert lots of energy, which is hard on his body," Hailey told Marie Claire. "We connect a lot when it comes to our health and wellness routines. He helps me take care of my body and vice versa — we've shared the same chiropractor and wellness experts for years."

“Letting it air dry. It usually dries completely straight and I tend to wear my hair up or back more than I wear it down. Parted in the middle and slicked back into a bun is my go-to on a good or bad hair day, just depends on my mood!" she told Elle.

“My mom and my grandma taught me a ton about skincare growing up, so when I had the time in quarantine, I was doing dermatology courses and reading all these books about our skin,” the model told Elle in August 2020. “I find it interesting and I really care about my skin and what goes on it.” She added: “I have been diving deep on ingredients and I really like this website called ewg.org which you can go on and look up every ingredient. I’ll read the ingredients on the back of a box and look up ingredient by ingredient. I think it’s important to know what those things are. I think it’s really important to know what’s going on your skin and what your skin is going to be absorbing.”
