1. She Meditates

“I’m super big on meditation,” Bieber told W in March 2019. “I like to meditate and do breath work. I read a book a couple of years ago that helped me a lot with anxiety. It was called Mindsight: The New Science of Personal Transformation. It was all about having different visualizations and breathing techniques to help with mental state, depression, and anxiety. I’ll always go to try to find the route where you can work on your mental state naturally, because I think that’s always possible. Homeopathically is the way I approach anything first.”

2. She Cares for Her Body

“Growing up dancing ballet helped me be more aware of how important it is to take care of your body — and I mean everything in terms of stretching, going to the gym and getting stronger,” Hailey explained to Marie Claire. “I regularly visit a physical therapist and get massages to take care of my muscles.”

3. This is Her Secret Weapon

“I don’t do this every day but when I want a bit of an extra glow, I’ll put on a calming face mask when I’m getting ready in the morning,” she told The Zoe Report. “My husband loves to do masks, so that’s a win for me,” she said, adding that she keeps them on for 8 to 10 minutes. “The thing that’s most important to me leaving the house every day is washing my face, hydration, and SPF."

4. She Boxes and Does Pilates

Her favorite workout? “Pilates and boxing for cardio. I love going makeup-free to let my skin rest,” she told the Zoe Report. The boxing studio Rumble Boxing has posted videos of Hailey sparring with a trainer.

5. The Pilates Really Work

“Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance. Pilates is named for its creator, Joseph Pilates, who developed the exercises in the 1920s,” says the Mayo Clinic. “A Pilates routine generally includes exercises that promote core strength and stability, muscle control, and endurance, including exercises that stress proper posture and movement patterns and balanced flexibility and strength. It can also be helpful in training for sports or in physical rehabilitation.”

1. She Cooks

Bieber and her husband like to cook a lot of their meals. “We grill a lot of stuff,” she says to Vogue. “Steak, veggies, corn on the cob, right on the grill. Honestly, the food tastes different at home because it’s so fresh. The last time we were home, I made a pot roast, which I had never done before.”

2. She Loves Pilates

Moncler Presents: The Art of GeniusDave Benett/Getty Images

Bieber revealed some of her favorite workouts to Vogue. “I really like doing hot Pilates,” she says. “There’s a great place in LA that was started by a girl named Shannon Nadj. It’s 45 to 50 minutes of straight-up sweating and I come out looking like a drenched tomato. I used to be a dancer, so the reason I like Pilates is because it’s very similar body strength.”

3. She Indulges Sometimes

Bieber makes sure to eat healthy. However, she tells ELLE that she still indulges in her favorite foods at time. "I did go to the Maldives not too long ago," she recalled. "I felt like that was like, super lavish, indulgent. I was eating whatever I wanted when I was there because it was just like you've got to take advantage of those moments."

4. She Uses Clean Skincare Products

Bieber has amazing skin. She tells Harper’s Bazaar that she likes to use natural skincare products. “My beauty philosophy is finding clean and nourishing products with ingredients from the Earth that are backed by science,” she explains. “I’ve recently discovered this whole world of natural beauty that I love…I love the new bareMinerals AGELESS collection with plant-based phyto-retinol. It’s way more gentle on my skin. I love the face and neck duo."

5. She Limits Her Meat

Bieber doesn’t just use plant-based products on her skin. She also is eating more of a plant-based diet. Bieber tells Harper’s Bazaar that while she’s not fully plant-based, she is limiting the amount of meat and meat by-products in her diet. “I tried a plant-based diet for two months during quarantine,” she explains. “I felt great and I had a lot of energy, but it was not for me. I don't eat a strictly plant-based diet and I do still eat meat. I just don't eat a lot of it. I’ve picked up more fish, greens, and lentils.”

1. She Limits Gluten and Sugar

Hailey-BieberHailey Bieber/Instagram

Hailey eats a very clean diet, limiting gluten and sugar intake. "I try to be very strict about eating just for my skin and my body," she told ELLE.com. "The association between diet and acne isn't clear — but some research suggests that a diet rich in fish oil or fish oil supplements and low in unhealthy fats and processed or refined carbohydrates might promote younger looking skin. Drinking plenty of water helps keep your skin hydrated," says the Mayo Clinic.

2. She Eats Lots of Plants

Celebrity Sightings In New York City - June 15, 2022THE HAPA BLONDE/GC Images

Hailey encourages a plant-based diet, with meat sprinkled in. "I tried a plant-based diet for two months during quarantine," she told Harper's Bazaar. "I felt great and I had a lot of energy, but it was not for me. I don't eat a strictly plant-based diet and I do still eat meat. I just don't eat a lot of it. I've picked up more fish, greens, and lentils." She also makes sure to consume "a lot of vegetables and fish, not much meat, minimal dairy,” she added to Byrdie, maintaining that diet isn’t only about looking good. "I just feel better when I eat that way."

3. This Is What She Eats in a Day

Hailey detailed her diet to Elle. "On a regular day, breakfast is usually eggs or oatmeal, some type of healthy protein, or a smoothie," she said. "Lunch is usually salad, fish, grilled veggies, or maybe a sandwich. I don't really eat a lot of gluten so I'm trying to be particular. I love a good kale Caesar salad [but with] no croutons. That's usually one thing I leave out.” And her final meal of the day? “Dinner is usually kind of along the same lines [as lunch]—some sort of vegetable, or pasta, like a gluten free pasta. Chicken, maybe. Sometimes [I'll do dessert]. I really like the Magnum bars, obviously that's a great one. [But I generally try to avoid] sugar. Sugar's a big one for everyone, I think."

4. She Does a Lot of Workouts

64th Annual GRAMMY Awards - ArrivalsAxelle/Bauer-Griffin/FilmMagic

Hailey does a lot of workouts. Strength training at The Dogpound is one of her go-to methods. In 2021 the studio shared a video of one of her workouts, which included a sled pull, pull-ups, kettlebell squats, plank pikes, landmine squats, and mountain climbers. Read all about it here. She also loves pilates. "I used to be a dancer, so I love Pilates because it really elongates and strengthens my muscles. That's probably my favorite workout," she told Harper’s Bazaar. "I also recently started to box for some cardio," she added. "I found that remembering the combinations and learning how to move your body in boxing has been good for mental health."

5. She Hydrates

Hailey prioritizes hydration. "I think drinking a lot of water helps. I try to drink, like, a couple bottles throughout the day. I don't know how many glasses that would amount to, but it's important,” she told Elle. “Monday plans = hydrate + hydrate +hydrate,” she captioned a recent snap of herself sipping a glass of ice water in a bikini.

2. She Hydrates

“Monday plans = hydrate + hydrate + hydrate,” reads the caption of one of Hailey’s Instagram posts. “So how much fluid does the average, healthy adult living in a temperate climate need?” asks the Mayo Clinic. “The U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine determined that an adequate daily fluid intake is:

  • About 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day for men
  • About 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids a day for women

These recommendations cover fluids from water, other beverages and food. About 20% of daily fluid intake usually comes from food and the rest from drinks.”

3. She Doesn't Eat a Lot of Meat

"I tried a plant-based diet for two months during quarantine," she explained. "I felt great and I had a lot of energy, but it was not for me. I don't eat a strictly plant-based diet and I do still eat meat. I just don't eat a lot of it. I've picked up more fish, greens, and lentils,” she told Harper's Bazaar.

4. She Uses This on Her Skin

Hailey is a bareMinerals ambassador and told Harper’s: "My skin feels the best when I've been in the ocean. Salt water is the best skin healer for me, and I've found that nature can be the most soothing for my sensitive skin."

5. She Boxes

London,,United,Kingdom-,December,4,,2017:,Hailey,Baldwin,Attends,TheShutterstock

Hailey boxes. Harvard Health describes two types of common boxing classes. “In one, you follow a leader and do a series of boxing moves all choreographed to bouncy music, similar to an aerobics class. The moves include a combination of large, sweeping punches (crosses, hooks, uppercuts); smaller punches (jabs); squats (ducks); and short, quick steps forward and back. The other type of exercise class involves strength training, stretching, and hitting a punching bag. Don't have the strength to stand and do boxing moves? Both types of classes are available for people who wish to remain seated while punching at the air or at a punching bag."

The allure of Pilates and invigorating boxing sessions further exemplify Bieber's holistic approach to well-being. Keep reading to see the proof.

1. She Drinks Water First Thing In The Morning

Hailey,Bieber,At,The,2nd,Annual,Academy,Museum,Gala,HeldShutterstock

Bieber shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with The Cut. She says that the first thing she does each morning is drink water. “I’m a coffee-on-an-empty-stomach type of person, which I know is not very good for you, so I at least drink water or hot water with lemon before the coffee goes into my body.”

2. She Keeps Her Skin Hydrated

Bieber has amazing skin, and even has her own line of products called Rhode Skin. She shared some of her favorite tips and products with The Cut. Bieber says that she uses her Glazing Milk product to hydrate her skin. “When I’m out in the sun all day and I need that reset of hydration after swimming, especially after being in salt water or the pool, I need that extra oomph before reapplying sunscreen.”

3. She Goes Outside

Los,Angeles,-,Oct,17:,Hailey,Bieber,Arrives,For,ElleShutterstock

Bieber shared some of her favorite workouts in an interview with E! News. She says that she likes to spend time outside, and not just to get a workout in. "My skin feels the best when I've been in the ocean,” Bieber explained. “Salt water is the best skin healer for me, and I've found that nature can be the most soothing for my sensitive skin."

4. She Loves Pilates

Group,Of,People,Doing,The,Mermaid,Pilates,Exercise,Or,SideShutterstock

Bieber is a big fan of Pilates. "I used to be a dancer,” she told E! News. “So I love Pilates because it really elongates and strengthens my muscles. That's probably my favorite workout.” The Cleveland Clinic states that Pilates is a great core workout, which means it has many benefits. “When we’re weak or out of alignment, it makes it harder to find our center of gravity, which can make us more prone to injury, especially in moments when we’re trying to perform multiple movements at once (coordination). By strengthening your core, Pilates may make it easier to find your balance — and maintain it.”

5. She Likes to Box

Bieber also likes to box to stay in shape. She told E! News, “I also recently started to box for some cardio. I found that remembering the combinations and learning how to move your body in boxing has been good for mental health." Harvard Health states that since boxing is an aerobic exercise, it has a lot of health benefits. “Aerobic exercise gets your heart pumping and helps lower the risk of high blood pressure, heart disease, stroke, and diabetes. It can strengthen bones and muscles, burn more calories, and lift mood. Aerobics can also boost your endurance, which helps you climb a flight of stairs or walk farther.”

Isabelle Mathers
Isabelle Mathers/Instagram

Isabelle Mathers knows how to turn fitness into fashion. The influencer and model has built a massive following through her stylish collaborations, and her latest collection with CSB is no exception.

Recently, Mathers gave fans a glimpse of her go-to workout looks, modeling sleek two-piece sets in soft toffee and blush tones. The brand captioned the post, “Our fit checks until further notice 🤎 toffee & blush by @isabellemathersx now live.” While she looks effortlessly chic, her fitness routine isn’t just about style—it’s about fueling her body with the right foods and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

From nutrient-packed meals to balanced eating habits, here’s a look at how Mathers stays in top shape.

She Loves Avocado

Mathers makes sure to eat a healthy diet. She shared some of her favorite foods in an Instagram story highlight. In this photo, she is seen eating a salad with avocado. The Cleveland Clinic says that avocado is very healthy. “Avocados are a good source of fiber, which is a type of carbohydrate that your body can’t break down. You need both soluble and insoluble fiber — and lucky for you, avocados have both.”

She Loves Cucumbers

In the previous Instagram story, Mathers included cucumbers in her salad. Cucumbers are very good for you. The Cleveland Clinic says, “Yes, cucumbers are a great part of a healthy diet! Cucumbers belong to the gourd or Cucurbitaceae family, along with pumpkins, squash and melons. This low-calorie fruit (yes, a fruit — it has seeds and grows from a flowering plant!) is chock-full of water and other nutrients, including fiber, vitamins A, K and C, potassium and calcium.”

She Loves Tomatoes

Mathers also put tomatoes in the salad in her Instagram story. According to The Cleveland Clinic, they are very good for you. “One cup of tomato juice offers 45 milligrams of vitamin C — about 75% of an adult’s daily needs. A powerful antioxidant, vitamin C helps boost your body’s immune cells that fight infection and prevent free radical damage to your healthy cells.”

She Loves Lettuce

Mathers naturally included lettuce in her salad. Lettuce is really good for you. The Cleveland Clinic says, “Lettuce is chock-full of antioxidants. These food chemicals protect you against free radicals, which cause inflammation and may contribute to eye diseases, diabetes and other chronic conditions. Research shows that eating a small side salad before your main course can help you feel fuller. As a result, you eat fewer calories during your meal. Findings suggest that starting your meal with a salad can lead to weight loss or help you maintain a healthy weight.”

She Loves Tuna

Lastly, Mathers included tuna in her salad. Safe Beat says that tuna has a lot of health benefits. “Tuna is rich in potassium, which is known for lowering blood pressure. Omega-3 fatty acids in combination with potassium bring an anti-inflammatory effect to the cardiovascular system, which in turn benefits us by lowering blood pressure, risk of stroke and heart attacks.”

Natasa Stankovic in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Wednesday Challenge"

Stankovic shares her go-to workout moves, from squats to lunges, cardio, Pilates, and strength training.

Entertainment India - March 2023

Natasa Stankovic isn’t just a content creator—she’s a fitness inspiration. Known for sharing intense workout sessions on Instagram, she keeps her followers motivated with creative exercise challenges and dynamic routines.

In her latest post, Stankovic teamed up with Aleksandar Illic for a lower body blast, pushing through variations of squats and lunges. Dressed in a sleek two-piece workout set, she captioned the session, “Wednesday challenge,” proving that fitness is all about consistency and fun.

So, how does she maintain her lean, strong physique? From strength training to Pilates, here’s a look at Stankovic’s go-to workout moves.

She Does Squats

Stankovic does squats to keep herself in shape, as you can see in her Instagram video. Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off…Hardwick explains that squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

She Does Lunges

Stankovic is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic reports that lunges are very beneficial to do. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

She Does Cardio

Stankovic likes to do cardio workouts to keep herself in shape. She shared this video of herself doing fast box jumps in different directions on Instagram. Stankovic captioned it, “Morning cardio challenge.” Cardio exercises have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says, “When you work your heart and other muscles of your body during cardio exercise, this increases oxygen supply to your whole body, allowing all muscles to work harder and more efficiently. Over time, regular cardio exercise allows your muscles to adapt to an increased workload, making regular activities seem easier.”

She Does Pilates

Stankovic shares a lot of her favorite workouts in an Instagram story highlight. In some of the stories, she is seen doing Pilates exercises on a reformer. Pilates is very beneficial. The Cleveland Clinic says, “One of the reasons Pilates is such a good workout is that it specifically focuses on building core strength.”

She Strength Trains

Stankovic likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. She shared this Instagram story of herself using dumbbells. ACE Fitness says that strength training and using weights has a lot of health benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

Kim French in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Real Results" Workout

Learn how she sculpts her powerhouse physique with deadlifts, lunges, squats, and more.

Kim French is more than just a personal trainer—she’s a fitness coach who empowers thousands through her Believe App and Instagram workouts. Known for her structured, effective home training plans, she proves that you don’t need a gym full of heavy weights to build serious strength.

In a recent Instagram post, French shared a glimpse of her at-home training, reminding followers that smart training delivers "REAL results." Rocking a sleek two-piece workout set, she showcased some of her go-to exercises, emphasizing that with the right strategy, anyone can see progress.

So what’s in her routine? From deadlifts to hip thrusts, here’s how French sculpts her powerhouse physique.

She Does Deadlifts

French is seen doing deadlifts in her Instagram post. This exercise has a lot of benefits. NASM says, “A Romanian deadlift is a hip-hinge pattern that works the hamstrings and glutes. It is a form of deadlift with noticeably less bend in the knee, leading to greater hamstring engagement than traditional deadlifts. The move was introduced to the masses in the 90s by Romanian weightlifter Nicu Vlad (an Olympic and World Weightlifting champion) and his coach Dragomir Cioroslan. The two invented the move to help Nicu strengthen his back for the clean and jerk. Today, RDLs are commonly used to strengthen the posterior chain, using the core muscles to stabilize and the hamstrings and glutes to drive the movement.”

She Does Lunges

Another exercise that French is seen doing in her Instagram post is lunges. NASM says that they are very beneficial. “The lunge is a versatile, simple and effective movement for lower body training. Various positions, planes of motion and speeds can all yield different training adaptations for the exerciser. Lunges are the gift that keeps on giving!”

She Does Squats

French is seen doing squats in her Instagram video. According to The Cleveland Clinic, squats are very beneficial. “Here’s a quick look at the many benefits of squats, also known as bodyweight squats or air squats: Works major muscle groups. Burns calories. Strengthens your core. Improves lower body strength. Enhances stability and balance. Betters your posture.”

She Does Hamstring Curls

French is seen doing hamstring curls in her Instagram post. According to The Mayo Clinic, hamstring curls are very beneficial. “The seated hamstring curl is an exercise you can do with a weight machine to work the muscles in the back of the thigh. As the name implies, the seated hamstring curl targets the hamstring muscles here in the back of the thigh. Strong hamstring muscles help to protect your ligaments in the knee.”

She Does Hip Thrusts

French shared this video on Instagram of herself doing hip thrusts. She captioned it, “Hip Thrusts are no doubt one of the best exercises for building your Glutes but of course with any exercise, the form has to be correct for you to see the maximum benefits…✖️ Feet too far forwards will engage your hamstrings more ✖️ Feet too close to you will engage your quads more ✔️ Feet placed so your calves are vertical will engage your glutes more.”
