"I tried a plant-based diet for two months during quarantine," she recently explained Harper's Bazaar. "I felt great and I had a lot of energy, but it was not for me. I found that remembering the combinations and learning how move your body in boxing has been good for mental health." The Cleveland Clinic states that boxing has a lot of benefits. “The calories you burn during boxing can help you maintain or achieve a healthy weight. One study compared boxing training versus moderate-intensity walking in people with a body mass index (BMI) of greater than 25 (which is considered having overweight/obesity). The researchers noted reductions in BMI, waist circumference and body fat percentage in the boxing group, while the walking group showed no changes.”

Bieber revealed that to take off her makeup, she uses an oil cleanse. “I started [oil cleansing] during quarantine, and it has honestly made the biggest difference in my skin. I wear 10 pound weights on my ankles while I’m working just so that as I’m moving during the day I’m constantly building muscle. It’s not great for your back but I’m doing it anyway.
