Kalil opened up about her career to Fit Frequency. She says that she wants to be as authentic as possible, especially on social media. "What I try to do is I try to just be who I am on my social media. So you'll never see me posting about things that I don't love. If a company contacts me and says, 'can you post about this?' And it's something I don't use, and it's something I don't love, I'll never post about it because I never wanna be that person holding some diet tea or something."

She's Comfortable With Herself

Kalil opened up about dealing with beauty standards in the modeling world to Fit Frequency. She says that she is comfortable with herself and her body. "It was tough at first, because there is a lot of pressure to post perfect pictures and you need to have a perfect body. But as the modeling industry is changing, people are more receptive to different body types and, you know, maybe not showing yourself as perfect all the time because it's relatable. We are just like everyone else, we're people, and we have our good days and our bad days, and I wanna show my followers that I'm right there with them, that I'm not always looking perfect."

She Works Out Her Lower Body

Kalil doesn't skip leg day. She tells Fit Frequency that lower body exercises are her favorites. "I love weight training, so anything that has to do with body resistance, I love squats. You know, nowadays it's all about that booty. So I love lunges, I love bridges. Anything that has to do with building your legs and your booty, I'm all about it."

She Focuses On What Works For Her

When it comes to health and wellness, Kalil tells Fit Frequency that she focuses on what feels best for her. "Being healthy, just to me, it's feeling good about yourself. It's feeling good about waking up in the morning and feel ready to take on your day, and you're not tired, and you're not feeling sluggish. It's not necessarily eating healthy all the time, but it's trying to put good things into your body and trying to keep your body moving, that's healthy to me."

She Eats A Balanced Diet

Kalil opened up about her diet to Husskie. She says that she believes in balance when it comes to her diet. "Weekends are my time to eat whatever I want. If I'm craving pizza, I'll eat pizza. If I'm craving a plate full of spaghetti, I'll eat spaghetti. I love junk food. As long as I'm keeping my body moving and fueling it with healthy foods during the week, the weekend is my time to indulge in all my junk food favourites."
