1. She Does Circuit Training
In a January 2021 Instagram Story, Halle gave fans a glimpse of her intense circuit training workout. Weighted squats, box jumps, weighted side planks, and rotating hollow holds were all part of her routine.
2. She Loves Hot Yoga
Hot yoga is another one of Halley’s favorite workouts. "Hot yoga kicked my" behind, she captioned a photo of herself in July post-sweat session. "Hot yoga is not for everyone. The intensity of the workout and the hot temperatures have the potential to cause heat-related illness. 3. She Is Vegan
Both Halle and her sister Chloe are vegan. During BuzzFeed's Sister Test, the girls revealed a few of their favorite meat-free dishes, including avocado toast, rice, and bread and sweets such as vegan cheesecake, donuts, and pancakes.They also revealed the recipe for their favorite smoothie, which includes raspberries, almond milk, blueberries, apple, agave nectar, and ice.
4. She Likes to Walk

During a Teen Vogue interview in 2017, Halle and Chloe revealed that walking is part of their stay-fit routine. “Every morning we walk our little brother to school. That helps us start our day off nice and refreshed,” they said. When traveling for work, they also walk instead of hop in cars.
5. She Goes Running

They also revealed to Teen Vogue that they “love to go running, around three times a week.” "A study out of the United Kingdom showed first-time marathon runners significantly improved their cardiovascular health during training for a 26.2-mile race," says the Mayo Clinic. "Specifically, this study showed participants had improvements in overall cardiovascular health but particularly related to the stiffness of the aortic vessel. This is important because as people age, the body's vessels become stiffer. This can be detrimental to your health since with stiff vessels your body has to work harder to pump blood."
