1. She Hydrates

What’s the best piece of beauty advice Haana has ever been given? “To drink loads of water,” she told Glamour UK. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

2. She Exercises

Hana is also committed to fitness. “I exercise at least 3 times and week whether that’s going to the gym or doing Pilates classes or yoga,” she told Glamour. Physical activity is anything that gets your body moving. Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.

3. She Cheats, Almost Every Day

Hana’s approach to indulging? “A cheat day for me is going out for a dinner so I have about five cheat days a week! Or, going on a night out drinking until 4 am!” she told Glamour. She also calls herself a foodie and regularly shares photos of her meals on social media.

4. She Rides Horses

Hana has revealed that her “happy place” is in Malibu riding a horse. According to the American Heart Association, riding horses is great for your health. Not only does it boost cardiovascular health, but builds core strength, burns calories, and lowers blood pressure. It is also great for your mental health as it helps relax you.

5. She Doesn’t Get Injections

Hana has a no-injection policy when it comes to aesthetics. “I would never try any kind of lip fillers or anything thing else!” she told Glamour. Lip fillers, also known as dermal fillers or lip injections, are cosmetic procedures that involve injecting substances into the lips to enhance their size and shape. While lip fillers are generally considered safe, there are potential risks and dangers associated with the procedure.
