The Bachelor Nation star shows off her sensational figure via her latest Instagram post, wearing a bathing suit style dress while vacationing in Cabo San Lucas with her fiancé Dylan Barbour. She Eats Breakfast

I know everybody's different, but I die at the end of the day if I don't eat at normal times," she said in one of her YouTube videos detailing her day. In another YouTube video she went over her diet. She starts off with coffee with creamer. Then, she makes an egg scramble with five eggs, lots of spinach, baby tomatoes, Mexican cheese blend, and cut up apples on the side. She cooks using avocado oil.

She Likes Sweet and Savory Meals

For lunch or a mid-day snack she enjoys a sweet and savory meal. She drinks water and makes an easy feast consisting of two toasts. On one slice of bread she smears on peanut butter and adds banana. On the other, mashed avocado, tomato, and hot sauce, sometimes adding feta. She says she loves the "diverse taste" of "sweet and salty."

Dinner Is Whole Grains and Lean Protein

For dinner, Hannah will often whip up a stir fry. She uses cauliflower rice mixed with quinoa and brown rice mix as a base and cooks ground turkey and mushrooms with a little bit of avocado oil.

She Moves in the Morning

She starts the day off with a walk with her fiancé. They usually walk about two miles. "I love getting up and moving. I feel way more awake," she said in her YouTube video. "Get up and move a little."

She Works Out

Hannah also does workouts. "Right now I've been doing some cardio + a little workout 3-5 a week," she wrote alongside one of her YouTube videos. During the pandemic, she and her fiancé even hosted live workouts with fans.  And, Dylan recently quit his job to start a wellness app.
