She Doesn't Let Her Head Get Too Big

Motwani opened up about her career to IDiva. She says that she makes sure to stay humble despite her fame. "If you care for the penny, the penny will care back for you," she says.  "I try to ensure that I am not getting carried away with the fame, the privilege, the silver linings—and this is a lesson I learned early on in my career and it keeps me motivated even today."

She Has Thick Skin

Motwani tells IDiva that she has to have thick skin to survive as an actress."The misconception about being an actress is that things are easily accessible and that opportunities come at the blink of an eye—that is definitely not true. I've managed to develop a thick skin over the years and it took a lot of work to get to that point. You will encounter trolls at all levels but you have to maintain your composure and continue on your path with conviction."

She's Independent

Motwani does a lot of traveling. However, she sees travel as more than just a fun time going to different places. She tells that she feels like traveling has helped her grow as a person. "Travel has made me very independent and confident. That's why I go on two trips every year alone — to explore and evolve."

She Does Fun Workouts

Motwani shared some of her wellness secrets to ETimes. She says that she does workouts that keep her entertained. "I love waking up early and most days when I do, I jog my way to the gym. I find working with weights extremely boring, so I do most of my workouts where I can use my own body as resistance. I try to make workouts interesting so there is no fixed regime as such. Spinning and swimming every alternate day is a must. I do yoga regularly since I find it very relaxing and it also helps me stretch."

She Eats Healthy

Motwani revealed her typical diet to ETimes. She says that she makes sure to eat healthy. "As soon as I wake up, I have two glasses of water and follow that with a cup of green tea without sugar," Motwani starts. "Breakfast is a bowl of papaya, after which I head to the gym. Mid-morning I have an omelette of three white eggs with a multigrain toast. Lunch usually comprises of boiled vegetables."
