Cameron genuinely enjoys working out. “I love exercising and always have!” she says. “I am a qualified personal trainer so ever since studying I found true love and passion for exercise, I think it’s important to incorporate exercises you enjoy doing so that it doesn’t feel like a chore. I train cardio weights and in the ring every week and I’m a very active person so it’s about finding the joy in exercise and the results will naturally come!”

2. Fitness Modeling

Cameron has a background in fitness modeling. “Modeling I have always done since a young age, I think my first job was at 13 modeling for city beach surf in Australia, and I have always loved modeling and worked in different ways in that industry,” she says. “A big part was fitness modeling when I became a bikini competitor, my first fitness magazine was Natural Bodz and I’ve modeled regularly since then.”

3. She Plays the Guitar

Cameron is also a singer who plays the guitar. Studies show playing a musical instrument has been shown to be extremely beneficial for brain health. “It engages every major part of the central nervous system,” says John Dani, PhD.

Cameron loves taking part in charity events, which is not just good for others but those who give, too. I recently sang at an amazing charity event called “Dream Mania” which was an incredible fundraising event raising money for the Down Syndrome Foundation Florida and had the honor of singing the entrance song ‘this is me’ for The Greatest Showman, it was a beautiful and incredible night to be a part of where we saw some amazing kids make their dreams come true in the ring. I remember thinking at that moment that ‘this is one of the best moments of my life’ and always will be.

Cameron worked in finance in Australia, and credits her then-boss with giving her the push she needed to go into entertainment. “If it wasn't for having a boss that literally encouraged me to leave the company, someone he had hired to do sales and everything, and his belief in me in that moment, if he didn't have that conversation with me, I wouldn't have done that audition,” she says. “And I wouldn't have gone into theater in the way that I did, and then performing and everything. So I definitely think he had a huge impact on the way that my life went.”

Harper revealed a lot of her skincare secrets in an interview with Skincare.com. She says that she tries to go makeup-free as often as she can. “I try to spend as much time as I can without makeup on, so that my skin can breathe. If I feel like I need to be a little more put together—on the weekends, or for lunch plans—my go-to look is a swipe of tinted brow gel, some mascara, and a pop of lip salve.”

Sydney has been water skiing since she was a toddler. “The moment I could walk, my mom put me on what’s called a U-board to learn how to ski,” she told Women’s Health. “I remember that whenever we would go by the docks of my grandma’s or my cousin’s house, I’d wave. I felt so cool because I could take off one hand. That’s my earliest memory of skiing, but I’ve been doing it as long as I can remember. It’s my favorite.” How does it help her achieve her amazing body? “It’s a lot of upper body strength, it’s balance, it’s core, it’s legs—you get tired really fast,” she says. “I see such a change in my body after an entire summer of [skiing]. My arms are stronger, more sculpted. My abs are rock solid. But I never look at it as a workout because it is so much fun,” she said.

Sydney mixes up her exercise routine, but likes to get workouts over with early in the day. “I like to work out in the morning, so I’ll either go for a run or I’ll go to Solidcore,” says Sydney. The high-intensity, low-impact Pilates-inspired workout “makes me feel so strong, but also elongated,” Sydney said about her sweat sessions. “I feel so good afterwards.”

Self-Care

Sydney engages in self-care activities. “I love to paint, and I love to read,” she said. “Those are the activities that are just for me.” One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years than those who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

She Walks and Hikes

Mariana relies on old-school strength training to keep her body toned. “Training till failure instead of reps + taking my ab routine up a notch by incorporating weighted exercises,” she wrote about one of her workout tactics. “I can feel my muscles being challenged and am in tune with my movements.” According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. This has helped me feel so much better everyday.” She also gets regular blood work done. “So important to check your levels and know what’s going on in your body routinely!
