Heather Graham is steaming up a hot spring in her swimsuit. The 52-year-old actress flaunted her incredibly fit figure over the weekend, while enjoying a soak in warm waters while in the mountains in Montreal, tagging "Ash" Aisling Chin-Yee, director of their film The Rest of Us. (Haven't seen it? It costars Sophie Nélisse and has a Fresh rating on Rotten Tomatoes.) The caption was a simple #hotsprings. How does the actress manage to look half her age? 1. Don’t Eat Complex Carbohydrates
Heather suggests avoiding complex carbohydrates."I’ve become one of those annoying people who’s like, 'I’m not gonna eat white flour and I’m not gonna eat sugar.' I do eat sugar sometimes, but as a broad rule, I try to just eat no sugar basically, and I have to say I feel a lot better. And I will sometimes eat things with white flour, but I try to avoid white flour,” she explained to Refinery29.
2. Do Yoga
Heather does several hour long sessions of yoga three times a week. "I'm obsessed with yoga. For fun, I would go on a yoga retreat and do four hours of yoga a day," she told Refinery29. “Grateful to be in a beach doing yoga with @ninabergman,” she captioned this Instagram post.
3. Do Pilates

Another workout Graham loves? Pilates. She told Refinery29 that she often gets her workouts in at night. “I also like going out dancing,” she added. “There’s no question that Pilates exercise is beneficial, particularly for building a strong core and increasing flexibility,” says ACE Fitness. “Pilates is a great form of exercise for most populations,” says Spilde, “especially those looking for some toning and flexibility help. It can be modified somewhat or scaled down to fit everyone's needs,” says researcher Stefanie Spilde.
4. Don’t Skimp on Sleep

Graham makes sure to get her z’s. "I love sleeping," she told The Guardian. "When I tell people how much I sleep sometimes, they are horrified. I basically sleep between nine and 12 hours a night." ““Regularly sleeping fewer than the number of recommended hours is associated with attention, behavior, and learning problems,” says AAP. “Insufficient sleep also increases the risk of accidents, injuries, hypertension, obesity, diabetes and depression.”
5. Don’t Drink Alcohol

You won’t find Graham throwing down drinks at happy hour. "Recently, I've stopped drinking," she told The Independent. "I'm kind of goofy enough to have fun without drinking. So by the time everyone gets relaxed, I'm like, 'OK, I was already there two hours ago.'" “Over time, excessive alcohol use can lead to the development of chronic diseases and other serious problems,” says the CDC.
6. Do Meditate

Heather is one of the many stars who swear by transcendental meditation. “I’m kinda high-strung, so it’s easy to get anxious. But TM calms you down. It helps you find that peaceful place inside yourself – so whenever your life is going a bit crazy, it reminds you how to be really centered,” she told Today.
