1. She Eats Plenty of Fish

VJustice5Victoria Justice/Instagram

Justice tries to stick to a pescatarian diet, and finds it helps manage symptoms of Hashimoto’s disease—but she still eats other types of meat on special occasions. “The pescatarian diet is widely accepted as being a nutritious choice due to the known benefits of a vegetarian lifestyle, coupled with high-protein, lean white fish and omega-3 fatty acids found in oily fish including salmon, mackerel, herring and fresh tuna,” says registered dietitian Emer Delaney. “This style of eating has shown a reduced risk of developing conditions such as type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure and obesity, all of which are risk factors for heart disease. In addition, a 2016 study showed that omega-3 fatty acids were associated with a lower risk of fatal heart attacks.”

2. She Loves to Dance

VJustice1Victoria Justice/Instagram

Justice enjoys incorporating dance into her workouts. "I love taking classes to switch it up, so I'll do a dancing class or a twerk class…. It's actually a really great workout,” she says. “After 10 minutes of twerking, your thighs and your butt feel it right away. But it's so much fun. You feel free. It's like, 'Who cares? I'm twerking!'"

3. She Meditates

VJustice4Victoria Justice/Instagram

Justice makes time for herself every day to meditate and enjoy some quiet moments. "I try to meditate every day,” she says. “It's important to take that time, even if it's just 10 minutes, to block everything out and get grounded again. And I love to lie on my hammock and read things that are inspirational and motivational, whether it's a self-help book or an autobiography."

4. She Loves Hot Yoga

VJustice2Victoria Justice/Instagram

Justice enjoys yoga sessions—especially hot yoga. “Well my sister has gotten me into hot yoga,” she says. “So yeah it’s tough. It was really not my thing in the beginning. And I still am in the classes sometimes and I’m like, ‘Why am I doing this? Why am I here right now?’ But it’s… You always leave feeling better. But yesterday we did a class and I had to step out ’cause I was just… I was that one person that was like, Nope, can’t take it. But when it’s over, you always feel like, Oh, your muscles, they’re relaxed and it’s so good.”

5. She Takes Supplements

VJustice3Victoria Justice/Instagram

Justice likes to round out her diet with supplements. “I'm all about the supplements. I take fish oil every single day, as well as vitamin D, magnesium, B complex, vitamin C,” she says. “I drink lots of water, and I've been trying to do daily wheatgrass shots, but they're awful and I have to plug my nose. We also have this shake in my house that we pretty much have every morning. It's made of rice milk, bananas, Udo's oil and protein powder. I've been drinking it ever since I was little.”

1. She Boxes

As part of her training for the WWE, Leila spends a lot of time boxing. “Total Knockout,” she captioned this post. "This kind of boxing has many health benefits, because it constantly requires you to think, change your position, and change your posture," physical therapist Linda Arslanian, director of rehabilitation services at Harvard-affiliated Brigham and Women's hospital tells Harvard Health."You're swinging your arms, moving the muscles of your arms and shoulders, increasing your upper-body strength. And when you're in the boxer crouch with a wide stance, with your knees slightly bent, you're strengthening your core muscles, back, and legs.”

2. She Has a Workout Buddy

Leila has a go-to workout buddy: Her husband. “Coming together is a beginning. Keeping together is progress. Working together is success. #couplegoals #fitness #bodybuilding #prowrestling,” she captioned a recent post.

3. She Walks on the Treadmill

In the same post she starts her workout with a little cardio, walking on the treadmill. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

4. She Soaks in the Hot Tub

Leila also loves relaxing in hot water, taking baths and soaking in the hot tub. “Coming in HOT,” she captioned this post. How can hot water do your body and mind good? Taking a bath has been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that it may even boast cardiovascular benefits.

5. She Rides Horses

Leila loves riding horses. According to the American Heart Association, riding horses is great for your health. Not only does it boost cardiovascular health, but builds core strength, burns calories, and lowers blood pressure. It is also great for your mental health as it helps relax you.

Too Hot To Handle star Carly Lawrence is clearly happiest when she’s in a bikini. The reality star posted a video of herself on Instagram looking stunning in a purple bikini, with one fan commenting that she looks “maravilhosa”. So how does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Lawrence stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Loves Oysters

Lawrence enjoys oysters, which are a great source of vitamin D, copper, selenium, iron, vitamin B12, and zinc. “Yes, oysters are very good for you,” says preventive cardiology dietitian Julia Zumpano, RD, LD. “In fact, you probably didn’t know that it’s hard to beat all the health benefits of oysters from a nutritional standpoint. Oysters can really pack a healthy punch. Think of oysters as little shells full of nutrients.”

2. She Stays True To Herself

Launch Of MuzicSwipeMichael Tullberg/Getty Images

Being on a reality show didn’t affect Lawrence’s sense of self. “For me it was easy because I just didn’t have to think about it,” she told COMPLEX. “I just said what I wanted to say, I did what I wanted to do. There wasn’t much thought into it because I was like, this is just who I am as a person. I look back and I’m like, OK, maybe I shouldn’t have done or said that, but then I’m like, well, I’m being authentic. So that’s me. And if people don’t like something that I did or said, then they might just not like me.”

3. She Loves Her “Beach Hair”

Lawrence isn’t a fan of the overly-groomed look, preferring messier “beach hair”. “A lot of people just tell me to brush my hair, which I don’t disagree with them,” she jokes. Lawrence’s hair might actually be healthier this way, experts say, "After only a day of not using irons or heat instruments to style the hair, it will be in the condition that our hair is which is dehydrated, fragile, dull, and lifeless," says Garnier celebrity hairstylist Millie Morales. "After a month, you will notice an incredible, stronger change in your hair. You would have recovered the hydration, the natural oils of your hair and would have strengthened the protective layer of the hair."

4. She Loves the Water

Lawrence has posted lots of snaps of herself frolicking in the ocean (in a bikini, of course!). “The color blue has been found by an overwhelming amount of people to be associated with feelings of calm and peace,” says clinical psychologist Richard Shuster, PsyD. “Staring at the ocean actually changes our brain waves’ frequency and puts us into a mild meditative state.”

5. She Loves to Dance

Lawrence enjoys dancing, based on her TikTok posts. “We know that movement is good for everyone,” says Emily Sandow, supervisor of dance physical therapy at NYU Langone’s Harkness Center for Dance Injuries. “A healthy lifestyle is integrating the mind, body and soul relationship, and dance has all of those characteristics. Everyone can do something, even if it’s just you just tapping your foot. Everyone can do something where they can move their body to music, and that’s really valuable.”

“A few years ago, I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's, which is a thyroid autoimmune disorder. . . . This Korean acupuncturist put me on a super-strict diet, where I was a pescatarian…. I also couldn't eat any sugar, wheat or dairy. . . .They had put me on this thyroid medication, and I think the levels were too high for me because it caused my skin to break out. . . .Also, at first, I was losing a lot of weight, then I went on tour and I started gaining weight, and it was the most I'd ever gained in my life. I was, like, 115 pounds. Then when I filmed a movie last summer, I actually went under 100 pounds. It was crazy, but things have leveled out, and I'm back to normal," Victoria told Health, via Popsugar.

4. She Mixes Up Her Workouts

5. She Rows

Victoria also loves to row. According to AFPA Fitness, a rowing machine exercises your upper body as well as your lower body. “The rowing stroke when using an indoor rower is composed of 65-75% leg work and 25-35% upper body work,” they say.

6. She Meditates

Victoria likes to get her zen on. "I try to meditate every day. It's important to take that time, even if it's just 10 minutes, to block everything out and get grounded again. And I love to lie on my hammock and read things that are inspirational and motivational, whether it's a self-help book or an autobiography."

Victoria Justice, star of the new Netflix smash movie A Perfect Pairing, and one of the stars of Zoey 101 and Victorious, came into the Hollywood scene starring in various TV shows and movies. Her slim figure has also caught the attention of fans, leaving them wondering what she does to stay fit and healthy. It's on display in her most recent Instagram post. 1. She Focuses On Healthy Eating

Victoria's body comes from focusing on healthy eating, being sure to get enough nutrients, vitamins, protein, and good foods into her diet. Eating healthy majority of the time gives Victoria a little room for occasional splurges. "To prepare your healthy menus, you'll need to have healthy ingredients on hand. Your shopping strategies should focus on fresh and unprocessed foods. That means spending more time in the produce section, where you can stock up on fruits and vegetables. Keep an eye out, too, for whole grains and low-fat dairy products," says the Mayo Clinic.

2. She Stays Hydrated

She puts a lot of emphasis on staying hydrated. Drinking enough water is so crucial to the function of your organs, flushing out toxins from your body, and even keeping your skin clear among other wonderful benefits. According to the Mayo Clinic, “every cell, tissue and organ in your body needs water to work properly.”

3. She Loves Hot Yoga

Yoga is already so beneficial to strength, balance, flexibility, and overall health. Hot Yoga ads in another element where you can supposedly sweat toxins out while doing the yoga moves in an extremely hot environment. It's said that it burns a lot of calories and boosts metabolic rates, in addition to traditional benefits of yoga.

4. She Indulges In Moderation

It's difficult to believe that Victoria’s long, lean and slim body allows her to eat whatever she wants, but that's what she claims. She says because of hot yoga and other workouts, she's pretty much able to eat whatever she wants. The catch is, in moderation. She's not by any means encouraging binge eating, but if you take care of your body majority of the time, there's a little more wiggle room to enjoy your favorite treats once in awhile.

5. She Does Full Body Workouts

Victoria's full body workouts include more than just hot yoga and weights. She has a hard focus on circuit training and full body movement to stay in shape with routines that usually last somewhere between 20 and 30 minutes, generally with just two days off, if that.

Natasa Stankovic in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Wednesday Challenge"

Stankovic shares her go-to workout moves, from squats to lunges, cardio, Pilates, and strength training.

Entertainment India - March 2023

Natasa Stankovic isn’t just a content creator—she’s a fitness inspiration. Known for sharing intense workout sessions on Instagram, she keeps her followers motivated with creative exercise challenges and dynamic routines.

In her latest post, Stankovic teamed up with Aleksandar Illic for a lower body blast, pushing through variations of squats and lunges. Dressed in a sleek two-piece workout set, she captioned the session, “Wednesday challenge,” proving that fitness is all about consistency and fun.

So, how does she maintain her lean, strong physique? From strength training to Pilates, here’s a look at Stankovic’s go-to workout moves.

She Does Squats

Stankovic does squats to keep herself in shape, as you can see in her Instagram video. Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off…Hardwick explains that squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

She Does Lunges

Stankovic is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic reports that lunges are very beneficial to do. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

She Does Cardio

Stankovic likes to do cardio workouts to keep herself in shape. She shared this video of herself doing fast box jumps in different directions on Instagram. Stankovic captioned it, “Morning cardio challenge.” Cardio exercises have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says, “When you work your heart and other muscles of your body during cardio exercise, this increases oxygen supply to your whole body, allowing all muscles to work harder and more efficiently. Over time, regular cardio exercise allows your muscles to adapt to an increased workload, making regular activities seem easier.”

She Does Pilates

Stankovic shares a lot of her favorite workouts in an Instagram story highlight. In some of the stories, she is seen doing Pilates exercises on a reformer. Pilates is very beneficial. The Cleveland Clinic says, “One of the reasons Pilates is such a good workout is that it specifically focuses on building core strength.”

She Strength Trains

Stankovic likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. She shared this Instagram story of herself using dumbbells. ACE Fitness says that strength training and using weights has a lot of health benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

Kim French in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Real Results" Workout

Learn how she sculpts her powerhouse physique with deadlifts, lunges, squats, and more.

Kim French is more than just a personal trainer—she’s a fitness coach who empowers thousands through her Believe App and Instagram workouts. Known for her structured, effective home training plans, she proves that you don’t need a gym full of heavy weights to build serious strength.

In a recent Instagram post, French shared a glimpse of her at-home training, reminding followers that smart training delivers "REAL results." Rocking a sleek two-piece workout set, she showcased some of her go-to exercises, emphasizing that with the right strategy, anyone can see progress.

So what’s in her routine? From deadlifts to hip thrusts, here’s how French sculpts her powerhouse physique.

She Does Deadlifts

French is seen doing deadlifts in her Instagram post. This exercise has a lot of benefits. NASM says, “A Romanian deadlift is a hip-hinge pattern that works the hamstrings and glutes. It is a form of deadlift with noticeably less bend in the knee, leading to greater hamstring engagement than traditional deadlifts. The move was introduced to the masses in the 90s by Romanian weightlifter Nicu Vlad (an Olympic and World Weightlifting champion) and his coach Dragomir Cioroslan. The two invented the move to help Nicu strengthen his back for the clean and jerk. Today, RDLs are commonly used to strengthen the posterior chain, using the core muscles to stabilize and the hamstrings and glutes to drive the movement.”

She Does Lunges

Another exercise that French is seen doing in her Instagram post is lunges. NASM says that they are very beneficial. “The lunge is a versatile, simple and effective movement for lower body training. Various positions, planes of motion and speeds can all yield different training adaptations for the exerciser. Lunges are the gift that keeps on giving!”

She Does Squats

French is seen doing squats in her Instagram video. According to The Cleveland Clinic, squats are very beneficial. “Here’s a quick look at the many benefits of squats, also known as bodyweight squats or air squats: Works major muscle groups. Burns calories. Strengthens your core. Improves lower body strength. Enhances stability and balance. Betters your posture.”

She Does Hamstring Curls

French is seen doing hamstring curls in her Instagram post. According to The Mayo Clinic, hamstring curls are very beneficial. “The seated hamstring curl is an exercise you can do with a weight machine to work the muscles in the back of the thigh. As the name implies, the seated hamstring curl targets the hamstring muscles here in the back of the thigh. Strong hamstring muscles help to protect your ligaments in the knee.”

She Does Hip Thrusts

French shared this video on Instagram of herself doing hip thrusts. She captioned it, “Hip Thrusts are no doubt one of the best exercises for building your Glutes but of course with any exercise, the form has to be correct for you to see the maximum benefits…✖️ Feet too far forwards will engage your hamstrings more ✖️ Feet too close to you will engage your quads more ✔️ Feet placed so your calves are vertical will engage your glutes more.”

Oksana Grishina is a fitness powerhouse. A former Ms. Olympia and multiple-time Arnold Classic champion, she’s carved out a name for herself as one of the most elite competitors in the world. Beyond the stage, she’s a dedicated coach, helping others achieve their fitness goals.

Recently, Grishina took to Instagram to share a glimpse of her gym grind, posting a striking photo of herself in peak form. Dressed in a sleek white workout top and black leggings, she delivered an empowering message: “You are stronger than you think.” The post isn’t just motivational—it’s a testament to her relentless commitment to health and strength.

So, how does she stay in such incredible shape? From stair-stepping workouts to consistent weightlifting, here’s a look at Grishina’s go-to fitness secrets.

She Does A Stepmill

Grishina shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. She recently had a baby, and has been documenting her journey of losing pregnancy weight. One thing Grishina is doing is using a stepmill. She shared this video of herself doing so, captioning it, “Recovery!!! Here we go💪🏼 Instead of the boring treadmill, I decided to do the stepmill 🔥In the process of getting back in shape😤”

She’s Consistent

Grishina makes sure to stay consistent with her fitness. She made sure to workout while she was pregnant. Grishina shared her pregnancy workout in this Instagram post. She captioned it, “Obviously my workout schedule has changed since I got pregnant but hasn’t been one day that I missed it💪🏼My pregnancy workout schedule: Morning- 30 min cardio bicycle or treadmill🚴 Day- 30-40 min light weight or body weight workout 🏋️♀️ Evening- 20 min cardio bicycle 🚴 Will it help keep your shape? Absolutely not but I promise you’ll feel better and stronger.”

She Uses A Stationary Bike

Grishina revealed in the previous post’s caption that she uses a stationary bike to keep herself in shape. Penn State PRO Wellness says, “Riding a stationary exercise bike is an efficient and effective way to burn calories and body fat while strengthening your heart, lungs, and muscles. Compared to some other types of cardio equipment, a stationary bicycle puts less stress on your joints, but it still provides an excellent aerobic workout.”

She Uses A Treadmill

Grishina also revealed in the previous Instagram post caption that she does treadmill workouts. Using a treadmill has a lot of benefits. Healthy Talbot reports, “Treadmills are mostly used for cardio training. However, this fitness machine can be used for more boosting your cardiovascular health. It’s ideal for strengthening your muscles, including glutes, thighs, and calves. With treadmill workouts, you can always optimize the sessions to suit your goals. For instance, inclining the treadmill will stretch out the calves and glutes harder. This will help to tone and build muscle mass in your buttocks, legs, and thighs.”

She Lifts Weights

Grishina is seen lifting weights in the previous Instagram post. Lifting weights has a lot of health benefits. ACE Fitness states, “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”
