4. She’s Smart With Carbs
Klum tells Women’s Health that she incorporates carbs into her diet, but is smart about which carb-heavy foods she eats. “There’s pasta, bread, chicken, fish and vegetables,” she says. “I’ll eat everything but the pasta and bread. Do I want pasta? I do. I choose not to eat it.” However, Klum says that she does indulge from time to time. “I was out for dinner recently, and truffles are in season. I had to have the truffle pizza and the truffle pasta. So it’s not like I don’t indulge, just not all the time.”

In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Klum said, “I don’t really have a specific diet, I just eat very healthfully. I also have four children, so we cook a lot.” Klum says she avoids eating out or ordering in. “I think when you eat out a lot or when you order food in a lot then it kind of gets a little tricky, because you don’t know what people are putting in there.”
