Helena Christensen is one of the most successful and iconic supermodels of all time. Into her 50’s, she still has her amazing figure, and seemingly hasn’t aged. Christensen isn’t afraid to pose in swimsuits for her social media channels. In a recent Instagram post, she went for a dip in the lake, while wearing a green swimsuit. "Magic," said one fan. 1. She Gets Enough Sleep

Christensen says that one of her biggest health and wellness tips is getting enough sleep. In an interview with Harper’s Bazaar, the model said, “I feel absolutely the best when I have had good sleep. That’s my number one priority. I actually think it is the number one priority for most people. It just changes your entire day - when you haven't had enough sleep and also when you have."

2. She Doesn't Limit Herself

Christensen tells Harper’s Bazaar that she doesn’t like to put limits on herself or think that she can’t do something because of who she is. Especially when it comes to her workouts. “I've never looked at myself and thought, you can't do this because you're a woman. Over and over, it’s been proven that women can do the same physical activities as men. Don't hold yourself back, especially if you feel like you can't because of your gender. That shouldn't be the reason stopping you from doing anything."

3. She’s Inspired By Others

When it comes to motivating herself, Christensen looks to others to do so. She revealed in this Instagram post that she is inspired by the other people in the gym with her at the time. “I have boxed for 12 years and am continuously inspired by the dedicated women and men who train in my gym, every day, endless hours of sparring, conditioning, weights, skipping, shadow boxing, fights.”

4. She Boxes

One of Christensen’s favorite ways to stay in shape is by boxing. She works with a trainer at the gym to do so. She posted this set of videos on Instagram of herself and her trainer doing a session.“If I have to choose any form of indoor exercise it’s 100% boxing and conditioning,” Christensen wrote in the caption. “And I wouldn’t wanna do it with anyone else but my boxing coach of 15 years, Jason Lee.”

5. She Does A Variety Of Workouts
