Abouk shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. She makes sure to do full-body workouts when she's at the gym. Abouk shared this full-body video. In it, she is seen doing one leg squat lunges, lifting kettlebells, kettlebell swings, and holding a plank, among other things. She captioned the post, "Good morning! She Boxes

Abouk likes to box to stay in shape. She shared this video on Instagram of herself punching a bag. Abouk captioned the post, "I love boxing…What about you?" Abouk uses a lot of different pieces of workout gear. One thing she uses is a resistance band. Abouk is seen doing squats and squat walks with the band in this Instagram video.
