Hofit Golan, the Israeli TV presenter and "crypto queen," is enjoying time at the Palm Island Resort, The Grenadines, and she’s making time to clink glasses in a swimsuit while she's there. Golan posted a new photo on Instagram of herself and friend, Khloe Terae, modeling the pieces outside. She captioned the photo, “A bath fit for a queen.” How does she stay so fit? 1. She Plays Tennis
Golan is doing a lot of outdoor activities while she’s in Palm Island. She showed her followers what she was up to in this reel she posted on Instagram. One of the things she was doing while she was there was playing tennis. Golan wrote in the caption, “Game, set, and match!”
2. She Walks As Often As Possible

Golan talked about some of her fitness secrets in an interview with Women Fitness. She says that while she doesn’t have a workout routine, she does try to stay as active as possible. One of the things she likes to do is walk. She says, “I love going for walks, I walk as often as I can. I try to walk between meetings and carry comfy shoes when I can. If I can take stairs instead of an elevator then I do. Keeping active as often as possible is my ultimate exercise.”
3. She Uses An Organic Food Delivery Service

When it comes to her diet, Golan tells Women Fitness that she eats a lot of organic food. She says that she likes to get food delivered from a service. “There's a great company called Riverford Farms and they have a chain of Organic farms and they deliver locally grown organic food to your home.”
4. She Took A Food Allergy Test

Golan tells Women Fitness that she decided to get her body tested for food allergies, in order to help her be healthier. “I also took a ‘hidden food allergy test’ that tells you the foods that your body may not like but you wouldn’t have obvious allergic reactions to. All this along with avoiding junk foods, too much sugary or gluten..is part of my everyday diet.”
5. She Eats To Keep Her Skin & Hair Healthy

Golan has stunning hair and skin. She tells Women Fitness that one of her hair and skin secrets is eating food that keeps them healthy. “There’s a lot of great skin creams out there but skin is the largest organ in the body. Eating healthy clean food and trying to stay PH balanced (alkaline) as for hair, I try to get lots of vitamin E and D and also Biotin keeps your hair full and healthy.”
