1. Practice Breathing

Hollie suffers from anxiety and panic attacks. She has found a few breathing exercises to help her calm down. "If I ever do have them, I know what to do. I know to be like, I actually had a little one the other day and I was like proud of myself, because my whole body didn't freeze,” she said on Reflections podcast. “It was just one hand. I felt it coming. And I was like, 'oh, oh no, I'm gonna have a panic attack.' And I was in the car with someone, and I really didn't wanna freeze cause I'd be so embarrassed. So I was like doing my breathing. I managed to calm my breathing and do all of that."

2. Focus on Fitness

Hollie is devoted for fitness, not only for her body. She revealed on the podcast that working out helps with her mental health. "I know if I'm having a low day or feeling anxious or anything, what would help me is going to the gym. Cause I love working out."

3. Prioritize Self-Care

Hollie also prioritizes self-care. Her version? Eating Ben and Jerry’s ice cream while lounging in bed with a face and under eye mask. “Self-care,” she captioned the snap.

4. Perk Up with Coffee

You can regularly find Hollie holding a cup of coffee. “Hot coffee season,” she captioned one of many photos of herself drinking coffee. Why should you drink some? A 2022 study published in European Journal of Preventive Cardiology found that drinking two to three cups a day of most types of coffee may protect you from cardiovascular disease and an early death.

5. Eat Fruits and Veggies
