Holly Hagen first made waves as a cast member on MTV's Geordie Shore. She's currently expecting her first child with her husband. Hagan just shared new a bikini shot on Instagram. She Has Her Own Fitness Plan

Hagan isn't just a reality star. She also has her own fitness plan. She tells Women Fitness that her plan is what she does to stay in shape. "My entire diet and exercise regime is in my Body Bible book," she says. "That's the exact routine I used to lose my weight and get myself in shape. I still use it when I'm looking to shed a few pounds here and there too.

She Doesn't Let Pressure Get To Her

Hagan opened up about her life and career in an interview with Paul Mort.  She says that she doesn't feel pressure to be a certain way. Specifically, Hagan says that she doesn't feel pressure to be perfect. "I just kept listening to people saying, 'you don't have to be perfect to start.' And I was like, 'look, anything that we do, it's not gonna be perfect. We don't have a proper website yet. We need to start somewhere. If we don't start, we'll never be great.'"

She's Motivated

When it comes to getting in shape, Hagan is extremely motivated. "I used my Body Bible routine to do everything," she says to Women Fitness. "It was hard work and sometimes I struggled, but it was worth it in the end. I've never felt better about myself!"

She's Comfortable With Herself

Hagan tells Women Fitness that she is extremely comfortable with her body. "I'm a normal girl," she explains. "So I have days when I'm confident, and days when I've got no self-esteem, but at the end of the day it's about being confident in your own skin, and doing whatever you're comfortable with doing."

She Wants To Inspire Women

Hagan is all about empowering women. She tells Women Fitness that she appreciates media sites like theirs to help women feel good. "I'm glad that there are websites, like yours, out there that focus on women being healthy and confident, rather than trying to be a size zero. That's the message that I like my fans to take away and I hope your visitors understand that too."
