Holly Ramsay is living her best life on vacation in her swimsuit. Gordon Ramsay’s influencer daughter shows off her incredible figure in a colorful bathing suit in one of her latest social media posts. “Winter in the sun on film,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. How does she stay mentally and physically fit? Read on to see 5 of Holly Ramsay’s top diet and fitness tips for staying in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. Drink Coffee

Holly is all about a morning pick-me-up. “Hello Paris,” she captioned an early morning photo of herself enjoying a cup. Science continues to prove that drinking coffee is great for your health. In fact, a new 2022 study published in the European Journal of Preventive Cardiology found that drinking two to three cups a day of most types of coffee – especially a mild to moderate intake of ground, instant, and decaffeinated coffee – may protect you from cardiovascular disease and an early death

2. Put Down the Bottle

Holly chooses a sober lifestyle. "I chose to take a break from alcohol because it wasn't improving my mental health – which for me, comes first," she wrote at the end of 2021. "Living without alcohol has helped me feel better & be more present both mentally and physically."

3. Go to Therapy

Healthcare,Concept,Of,Professional,Psychologist,Doctor,Consult,In,Psychotherapy,SessionShutterstock

Holly is very open about her mental health struggles, including the fact she was sexually assaulted twice. I was diagnosed with PTSD, anxiety and depression. Since then, I have been in therapy up to three times a week. I now have these diagnoses that I carry around with me,” she said on her podcast. She even spent three months at a mental health facility seeking treatment.

4. Exercise for Mental Health

Holly exercises to look and feel good. “What it does is allow you to process things. Whether it is cycling and chatting together, or running and having a cry on your own, you have to have that release,” she said on her podcast about the importance of working out for mental health..

5. Ski

Another fun way Holly stays fit? Downhill skiing. Not only is the sport great for muscle toning, but per the Mayo Clinic, the average person can burn 314 calories per hour on the slopes. “Skiing gets you outdoors in the winter when we often end up on the couch and are passive,” says physical therapist Scott Tremmel to the Cleveland Clinic. “We’re just not as active when the cold weather sets in, but skiing keeps you moving to continue to build up your endurance.”

Holly Scarfone of the Netflix hit Too Hot to Handle lives up to the show’s name, making waves on social media and in the tabloids. (She was rumored to be dating Scott Disick.) She’s known for her toned figure, and frequently hits pool and beaches to show it off. She posed just now in a swimsuit and captioned it, "summer games." How does she stay so fit, and what's her take on being on the show? Read on to see 5 ways Holly Scarfone stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Likes to Push Her Boundaries

When they reached out to her to be on the show initially, “I had no idea that it was Too Hot to Handle,” she says on her YouTube channel. “But the second that I saw Lana”—the show’s virtual assistant—“I knew, I just knew and first thought in my head was you have got to be kidding me. It's actually really crazy how you can like trick a group of what, like 10 to 14 people, to come out to shoot a show and then it turns out being something completely different. The fact that that's even legal is super cool. But I'm really happy that I caught the experience. It really was a journey. Like people just go on and think, oh, it's a TV show, but people forget at the end of the day, it's about self progression. We did a ton of workshops and we were pushed to the brink every day, pushing our boundaries and trying to progress ourselves as people.”

2. Yes, She Ate Well During Too Hot to Handle

“I get this question so much. I don't know why everyone's concerned about what we were eating or if we ate on Too Hot to Handle—the answer is yes, we did not not eat for a month and a half. In fact, we had a plethora of food. I was eating so much and we could have as many plates as we want. We had an open buffet, not to mention, we had a really amazing chef. I think the chef was Rihanna's chef. So we had the best food. And you would think that we were like eating salads and stuff, but like we had a lot of like pizza and like french fries and every day was a pizza party,” she said on YouTube. “So we definitely had a fun time eating. One of my favorite moments in filming was just like being in the dining room and sitting with people and we were always testing our mics. And so like, we'd have to go around and be like, testing wait to count to 10. And we'd all, you know, be around the table, singing and eating and like joking. But yes, we definitely did eat.”

3. She is Introspective

Filming the show: “It really was an intense month and a half….And even down to like the second that I started filming up until now, it's still changing my life. Of course when we were in there, we were doing workshops and personally I was struggling with the dynamic of building a relationship with myself and someone else. And then also balancing that with building a relationship with the group as a collective. And that was a complex thing for me for a while. It took me a while to really get the hang of it. But that's the whole essence of the show is just getting to know yourself on a deeper level and really challenging certain aspects and departments of yourselves that really need attention.”

4. She Likes it Out on the Water

Holly has shared an image of herself on a paddleboard in a river. “Can’t fake a smile it’s hard to wear,” she captioned it. Water-based exercises can be great for you. “Swimming can improve mood in both men and women. For people with fibromyalgia, swimming can decrease anxiety, and exercise therapy in warm water can decrease depression and improve mood. Water-based exercise can improve the health of pregnant people and has a positive effect on the pregnant person’s mental health. Parents of children with developmental disabilities find that recreational activities, such as swimming, improve family connections,” says the CDC.

5. She Has a Sweet Tooth

“Who needs a man, when Ferrell's doughnuts can satisfy you x1000000000,” she once said. Enjoy once in a while but we’re sure Holly knows that “eating too many foods with added sugars sets the stage for potential health problems, such as:

  • Poor nutrition. If you choose sugar-laden foods instead of more nutritious foods, you miss out on important nutrients, vitamins and minerals.
  • Weight gain. There's no single cause for being overweight or obese. But added sugar might contribute to the problem. It's easy to get extra calories when eating foods that are sugar sweetened,” says the Mayo Clinic.

Gordon Ramsay’s daughter HollyAnna has grown up in the public eye, and seems perfectly comfortable in front of the camera—and the microphone. Ramsay is an outspoken advocate of mental health support, speaking about it on her podcast 21 & Over with Holly Ramsay. The 22-year-old shared photos of herself in a patterned orange bikini and a flowing white skirt, with the cheeky caption “I’ll send u a postcard next time 💌 ❤️‍🔥🩰🎰🪩.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Ramsay stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Is Sober

Ramsay took a year off from drinking alcohol after realizing it was doing her mental and physical health no favors. "Today marks one year without alcohol,” Ramsay said in December 2021. “This is not something I thought I would ever say at the age of 21. However, by 21 (nearly 22) I never thought I would've been through half of what I have. I choose to take a break from alcohol because it wasn't improving my mental health - which for me, comes first."

2. She Loves the Ocean

Ramsay frequently posts photos of herself at the beach, clearly loving the sand and the seawater. “Exercising in natural environments has been shown to have greater benefits for mental health than exercising elsewhere,” says Sergio Diez Alvarez, director of medicine, The Maitland and Kurri Kurri Hospital, University of Newcastle. “This is because it combines the benefits of exercise with the restorative effects of being in nature. Swimming in the ocean is no less the case.”

3. She’s Open About Her PTSD

Ramsay is an advocate for removing the stigma surrounding mental health issues, and has opened up about her past struggles with PTSD. “I went to university, studied fashion design, and I loved it. But by the second half of the first year I was being affected by my PTSD and I had no idea that this was happening,” Ramsay said on her 21 & Over with Holly Ramsay podcast. “I was going out a lot, missing class because I'd been out. I wasn't enjoying myself. I was struggling a lot. The PTSD was a result of two sexual assaults when I was 18… I didn't tell anyone about it until a year afterwards. I just buried it in a box in the back of my mind. [In hospital] is where I was diagnosed with PTSD, anxiety and depression.”

4. She Loves the Mountains

Ramsay is not just a beach devotee—she loves being in the mountains. Studies show that mountain air offers many health benefits. "If living in a lower oxygen environment such as in our Colorado mountains helps reduce the risk of dying from heart disease it could help us develop new clinical treatments for those conditions," says Benjamin Honigman, MD, professor of Emergency Medicine at the CU School of Medicine and director of the Altitude Medicine Clinic. "Lower oxygen levels turn on certain genes and we think those genes may change the way heart muscles function. They may also produce new blood vessels that create new highways for blood flow into the heart."

5. She Has Therapy Sessions

Ramsay protects her mental health by having therapy sessions, and hopes that by speaking about it, others will consider getting help if they need it. “Since then, I have been in therapy up to three times a week. I now have these diagnoses that I carry around with me. It's confusing and I'm trying to take control of my narrative and use that to make something good,” she says.

She posted this set of photos and one video of herself and a friend in Belize, which featured them jumping into a lake. She captioned the post, “Running around Belize with you.”

4. She Speaks Out

Holly is not afraid to speak up for others and support causes. Her Instagram is full of political posts. During the aftermath of George Floyd’s murder in June 2020, Holly posted a lot of support for the Black Lives Matter movement. She even has an Instagram story highlight on her profile.

Rayna Vallandingham is flashing her washboard abs – in a two-piece exercise set from Alo. In a new social media post the actress flaunts her impressive midsection during a workout at the gym. “dojang diaries,” she captioned the series of snaps. “Magnific! Very very beautiful,” commented one of her followers. “♥️More like diaries of a hottie♥️” added another. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here are her top lifestyle tips.

Be Consistent

Consistency – at the gym and the martial arts studio – is the key to success. "It is a way of life," Rayna says. "It's not only teaching your body movements and being in synchronicity with your body, but also just like the mental aspect of it."

Fight Your Way to a Hot Body

Rayna is a big fan of martial arts. She has been doing taekwondo since she was 2, earning her first black belt at 6. "In the very beginning, my parents put me in the sport because I was just really shy, and I think they could tell that I needed something," says Vallandingham, who lives and trains in Los Angeles. "Immediately, I just loved it. I felt at home, and every single day, instead of watching Dora, I wanted to go to the dojo,” she told Well + Good. Studies confirm that the practice helps with balance, cognitive function, psychological health, weight loss, and physical fitness.

Work on Strength and Flexibility

Rayna recommends prioritizing strength, flexibility, and power. "Of the three, I think strength and flexibility are the top two," Vallandingham says. "We used to have people stand on my legs and force my knees to come down in butterfly stretch," she says. "I have permanent damage to my body—I have tendonitis [because of this]."

Lift Weights

If you want a strong, lean body like Vallandingham, you must lift for it. The star strength trains, focusing on supersets, doing two moves back-to-back that target the same muscle groups to double down on their gains. One of her favorite exercises is a goblet squat. She stands with her feet shoulder-width apart, folded forward until she can slide her palms underneath her soles (you could also hold your ankles or calves), then bends her knees, lowering her butt toward the floor while lifting her chest, coming into a deep squat. She'll bend and extend her legs several times in this position. Then, it's on to the main event, holding a weight in her hands while bending down into a deep squat. "I love utilizing a Bosu ball—they're pretty much in every single gym," she adds.

Stretch

Rayna never skips stretching. She starts by by lying on the floor with her legs up the wall and then allowing them to open out into a side split. "I let gravity do its work because that's my body telling me, okay, this is where we're at," she says. "My hips are opening on their own, and I'm not having to force anything." “Stretching keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy, and we need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints,” says Harvard Health. “Without it, the muscles shorten and become tight. Then, when you call on the muscles for activity, they are weak and unable to extend all the way. That puts you at risk for joint pain, strains, and muscle damage.”

I’m so excited to see what my mind and body can make happen! To my marathon runners: it’s your time to shine, PLEASE tell me ALL of your tips, all of your advice, and for all of you who understand what I’m about to attempt, please send your words of encouragement 😂 Also feel free to try to talk me out of this as well thanks👍 We are on the training countdown. Turning a sprinter, jumper, and thrower into a long distance runner 🫣🙌 What do you think my time will be?” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Minfulness and Meditation

Charli practices mindfulness. Before going for a run, she says words of intention. “I am willing. I am grateful. I surrender,” she revealed during an interview with San Diego Magazine. Meditation:

“When you meditate, you may clear away the information overload that builds up every day and contributes to your stress,” says the Mayo Clinic. Benefits include:

  • Gaining a new perspective on stressful situations
  • Building skills to manage your stress
  • Increasing self-awareness
  • Focusing on the present
  • Reducing negative emotions
  • Increasing imagination and creativity
  • Increasing patience and tolerance
  • Lowering resting heart rate
  • Lowering resting blood pressure
  • Improving sleep quality

Stretching

She also makes sure to stretch. “If you ever can think of some dynamic stretches: F.A.S.T. ✨🙌 My left hip and right QLs have been SO tight lately so I’m on a journey of getting them right! What’s bugging you at the moment???” she captioned a post. “Stretching keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy, and we need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints,” says Harvard Health. “Without it, the muscles shorten and become tight. Then, when you call on the muscles for activity, they are weak and unable to extend all the way. That puts you at risk for joint pain, strains, and muscle damage.”

Here Is The Right Way To Run

During her interview with San Diego, Charli explained how you should be running. “Remember, the sole of the foot is showing right in front of us,” she said, doing a type of high-knee movement. “To do this, you’re over exaggerating your running form while standing still. Raise your knee up, point your toes to the clouds (forming an A), and then pedal the sole of your foot forward before striking your knee down. It’s more complicated than it sounds after 30-plus years of moving a certain way,” the writer explained.

Positive Attitude

In a recent post Charli revealed things she learned about positivity. “Patience is easier when it isn’t required,” she said. “The people around you are BLESSINGS (which I feel like I already understood but sometimes it’s nice to have it emphasized).” Also, “We are up, we are down, but trusting the process sometimes means knowing that it’s all good even when it’s not the best” and “Making a plan is the best option for everything. It’s ok if the plan doesn’t go perfect, but just willy-nilly-ing it is not the best option when you want to get things done.”

Never Giving Up

Charli refuses to give up. “Understand what you want first, and then go for it. Then keep going for it all the time, and, eventually, you’ll get it,” she said during her interview.

Giulia Arena first made waves when she won the 2013 Miss Italia pageant. Since then, she’s become a successful actress, TV host, and model. Arena recently took a trip to the Maldives. She shared a set of photos on Instagram of herself at the beach. In them, Arena is seen in a white swimsuit. She captioned the post, “Native habitat.”

Biking

Giulia enjoys cycling. During her trip to the Maldives Giulia went bike riding. The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.

Reading

Giulia is also a fan of books. In the Maldives, she took some time to relax and read. One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years than those who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

Snorkeling

Giulia snorkels, recently discovering the “Sea Lung,” she revealed in a post. “It reaches 60cm long with a weight of almost 10kg, and represents the largest medusa of the Mediterranean. I don’t know why, but I have always experienced the charm of Jellyfish: creatures that are essentially simple and yet capable of surviving entire geological epochs floating, light and slow, between the currents. She, remains one of the most beautiful sights of this summer.” Surprisingly, putting on a snorkel and fins and swimming through the water is a great workout. In addition to being a great aerobic exercise and burning calories, other health benefits may include improved cardiovascular function, stress reduction, mood enhancement, and muscular toning.

Coffee

Giulia is a coffee drinker. She especially likes shots of espresso. According to the Cleveland Clinic, drinking coffee in moderation has several benefits. “It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function,” they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

Yoga

Giulia is a yogi. Here she is doing yoga. There are many reasons to do yoga, according to Harvard Health. “Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood,” they said. “People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating.”
