Former model and BBC presenter, Holly Willoughby, is doing a special called "Freeze The Fear" on the BBC. She posted a new reel on Instagram advertising the special. She Doesn't Talk About Her Diet

Willoughby is notoriously quiet about her wellness routine, specifically her diet. She revealed her reason for doing this in an interview with Prime magazine. "I actually avoid talking about my diet and exercise regime because I have interviewed so many people affected by eating disorders and I know that some people in chat rooms can really fixate on other people's diets. I just can't contribute to that."

She Focuses On Staying Healthy

Willoughby also tells Prime magazine that she focuses on staying healthy. She says that she doesn't have any specific routine as well. "As long as I'm healthy, that's good enough for me. I'm quite active and I try not to let the way I look be the main focus because it's not the most important thing."

She Does Pilates With A Trainer

While Willoughby does keep her fitness routine quiet, her trainer Lynne Robinson, revealed some of the presenter's go to exercises to The Sun. Robinson says that she does a lot of Pilates with Willoughby after the birth of her younger child. "I worked with Holly for several months, teaching her privately at her home once a week. Holly had postnatal matwork classes which concentrated on strengthening and toning her core."

She Loves Fruit

Willoughby loves to eat fruit as a way to stay healthy. She posts a lot of photos on Instagram of herself enjoying different pieces of fruit. She posted this photo of a fruit bowl in her house. She captioned it, "Peach, pear, or plum?"

She's Charitable

Willoughby is a big fan of philanthropy and contributing to charities. She posts several photos on Instagram and does a lot of specials on the BBC with different causes. She posted this boomerang on Instagram supporting Pride Month, captioning it, "#Passtheheart." She also posted this photo on Instagram advertising a special on racism on Good Morning.
