Hunter King is currently on vacation in beautiful Hawaii. This means she's enjoying all of the state's incredible attractions, including their beaches. This also means that King gets to do one of her favorite pastimes and ways of staying in shape, hiking. King is an avid walker and hiker, and she just posted this set of photos on Instagram of herself and her friends after a hike.

Ana De Armas

Actress Ana De Armas enjoyed a day on the water this week, and posted a stunning new swimsuit photo on Instagram. De Armas has stunning skin and she tells Allure that she makes sure to take care of it. "I make sure that after I wake up, I wash my face. I put on all my serums and sunscreen in the morning. At night, if I put makeup on that day, I take the makeup off. I wash my face again and I put on all of the serums plus eye cream… the whole thing! I've become very protective of my little creams."

Tamannaah

Actress Tamannaah is a big fan of oil pulling as a wellness and detox ritual. "Oil pulling is something that has worked so well on, in terms of just getting rid of, the daily toxins that we accumulate in our bodies," she said to Midday India. "I really make this a daily ritual. I do it every day. And I think like something as simple as sitting down on the floor or anything, whenever you have the opportunity."

Reality star Savannah Chrisley talked about her struggles with her weight in an interview with FOX News. She says that she focuses on eating healthy as a way to help with this. "My weight fluctuates and that's just called being a woman and loving food," she explained. "I believe that being healthy starts from the inside. Eating right helps my moods tremendously. If I'm feeding my body great food, then my moods and life will thrive. I want to be healthy for my family and my future children."

Actress Debby Ryan tells POPSugar that she has struggled with her skin, specifically with acne. Ryan says that she tries to take care of her skin before the acne comes, and says that this helps with her mood and her work. "If you are going in with fresh skin, healthy hair, and a body that can do everything you need it to do, it does set you up to feel the most confident . . . and so the more that you can do to prepare so that you can get out of your own way, in terms of worrying about what you look like, that provides the best work."

She tells Woman Fitness, "I don't follow any specific special diet but I eat home-cooked and healthy food. I am not a very diet-conscious person. I eat what I want. My favorite cuisine has to be none other than Indian cuisine. I just love eating South Indian, Rajasthani, Bengali, etc dishes."

"It's taken five years to understand the exact science of shedding fat – you have to do the right kind of training, maintain the right kind of diet and you have to be consistent."
