1. She Snorkels
In the first photo in this carousel Instagram post, as well as in this photo, D’Cruz is seen snorkeling in the water. “It works out quads, hamstrings, calves, ankles, hip flexors, core and shoulders. Snorkeling itself improves overall strength and endurance, reduces stress and burns about 300 calories an hour. Cardiovascular health: Snorkeling is also good for your heart, as it increases the heart rate and strengthens the heart muscle,” say the experts at Sea Paradise.
2. She Standup Paddles
In the second photo from the post, D’Cruz is seen using a standup paddle board, showing that snorkeling isn’t her only favorite beach activity. D’Cruz also posted another video on Instagram of herself standup paddling.

When it comes to lunch and dinner, D’Cruz likes to keep it simple and healthy. She says in this “What I Eat In A Day” video, “Lunch would be something like a protein of some sort, maybe chicken or fish, with a vegetable, and dinner’s about the same.”

D’Cruz says that she doesn’t get too complicated when it comes to food and eating healthy. “I keep it super simple,” D’Cruz says in a “What I Eat In A Day” video. However, she does try to limit herself on a few things. “I don’t have a lot of carbs,” she says.
5. She Gets Eight Hours Of Sleep
In a “What I Eat In A Day” video, D’Cruz breaks down some of her other wellness and health secrets. She revealed that she makes sure to get enough sleep each night. “I need to get eight hours, and a good eight hours.”
