In the first photo in this carousel Instagram post, as well as in this photo, D'Cruz is seen snorkeling in the water. "It works out quads, hamstrings, calves, ankles, hip flexors, core and shoulders. In a "What I Eat In A Day" video, D'Cruz breaks down some of her other wellness and health secrets. She revealed that she makes sure to get enough sleep each night. "I need to get eight hours, and a good eight hours."
