1. She Whitewater Rafts

Ulloa spends a lot of time outside, and does a lot of traveling. She has some Instagram story highlights on her page from different trips. Ulloa does a lot of outdoor activities when she is on vacation. In her Costa Rica trip highlight, Ulloa is seen whitewater rafting with friends.

2. She Horseback Rides

Whitewater rafting wasn’t the only thing Ulloa did while traveling in Costa Rica. She also did some horseback riding. In her Instagram story highlight, she is seen with horses, and going riding through a forest. Ulloa also is seen riding in a river. According to The American Heart Association, riding has a lot of benefits. “A study commissioned on behalf of the British Horse Society found that horseback riding is indeed a good cardiovascular workout. Even just a half hour of riding is considered “moderate exercise,” said BHS PR executive Megan Hawkins, ‘while trotting exerts more energy than playing badminton.’ Sitting tall, pushing your legs into the body of your horse ignites the core muscles, which are imperative for balance and posture.”

3. She Swims

Ulloa spends a lot of time by and in the water. She likes to swim to stay in shape. Ulloa shares a lot of photos on Instagram of herself in the water. She posted this photo of herself swimming in a pool by the ocean in San Juan. Ulloa captioned the post, “Yo no sé como explicar! 4. She Hikes
