You Don't Just "Bounce Back" After Having a Baby

In an interview with Talking to Now magazine Imogen debunked the "bouncing back after baby" myth. "It's extremely difficult to bounce back. It takes time. Your body has been through so much – but more importantly, you've carried a healthy baby," she said. "That's all that should matter. Weight will sort itself out over time."

She Worked Out "So Hard" After Having a Baby

"I worked out so hard," Imogen told Women Fitness about how she got back into shape. "I had a c section so after 6 weeks I hit the treadmill every single day. I was exhausted but I desperately wanted the old me back. I cried with pain and was on a very strict diet. I'm happy I done it this way rather than the long route."

Her Diet Is Healthy But She Cheats on the Weekend

Imogen maintains a healthy diet five days a week. "All week I try and be good with food. But come weekend I eat a lot of junk food. I love all the bad foods but I feel that I deserve them on weekends," she told Women Fitness.

She Does HIIT Workouts

What are Imogen's go-to workouts? "I do a lot of high-intensity workouts. I do spinning, express workouts, full body workouts and Xtend barre. I also do a lot of squats. I have to exercise at least 4-5 times a week for a release of stress," she told Women Fitness.

She Takes Care of Her Skin

Thomas revealed her skincare secrets to Women Fitness. "I always use good products. I've been obsessed with my skincare since I was 14 years old. I use Elemis every day, cleanse, tone and exfoliate. I moisturize twice a day too. For my hair I use bed head products. I've always had thick hair I've been really lucky," she said.
