1. She Used to Struggle with Body Confidence

Miranda hasn’t always been quite so confident in a swimsuit. In 2016 she revealed to People that she struggled with body confidence. “I definitely had moments when I didn’t want to go to a pool party because I was like, ‘Oh my gosh, I’ll have to wear a bathing suit’ – just the whole like thing of going somewhere and having your body be on display. It’s scary. I was so shy,” she said. “I’m at a place where I’m like really comfortable in my own skin. I don’t worry anywhere near as much as I used to. When I was younger, I would just stress about everything and I wanted everything to go well so badly that I didn’t really enjoy the moment enough.”

2. She Doesn’t Go to the Gym

You won’t find Miranda sweating away in a fitness studio. “I don’t ever go to the gym,” she told People. “I just hike a lot. My best friend and I walk near my house every night.”

3. Her Diet Is Healthy

Miranda revealed to People that she maintains a healthy diet. “I would drive 40 miles to get a good salad,” she said. “If I could only eat one meal for the rest of my life, it would be spicy tuna on crispy rice,” she added to Us Weekly. Another snack she likes? “I can’t leave the house without Kind bars.” She also revealed to Web MD that she likes Italian food.

4. She Bikes

Miranda told Web MD that she enjoys bikining with pals. “I have a tandem bike, and my friends and I are really into it. We always say we're going to be in a tandem bike race or go professional. You have to get the hang of it, like when you turn corners, you have to move your bodies the same way,” she said.

5. She Loves Smoothies

2019 Teen Vogue SummitSarah Morris/Getty Images

Miranda told Web MD that she loves fruit. She also loves blending up healthy and nutritious drinks. “I'm always making smoothies,” she said. Add nut butters to your smoothies. Nut butters contain monounsaturated fats that will fill you up, not out. They contain fat-burning compounds that limit the amount of fat absorbed by the body, so some passes through undigested. They’re also high in magnesium and B vitamins, which could lend you more energy to burn at the gym. They’re also high in protein and fiber, which will make your smoothie more satisfying.

Avori Henderson is one of the most well-known female professional gamers, with millions of followers on Twitch. She was a contestant on the first season of Netflix’s The Mole. And she also has a large following on Instagram. While on vacation in Tulum, Henderson shared a new reel. In it, she jumped on her hotel bed, which transitioned to her swimming in a pool. Henderson wore a black bathing suit, looking stunning. She captioned the post, “This place is gorgeous.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Avori Henderson stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Swims

As you can see from her recent Instagram post, Henderson loves to go swimming. She shares a lot of posts on her account of herself in the water. She shared these photos of herself in a pool in Switzerland. Henderson captioned the post, “Such a beautiful place. This view from @villahonegg.” She also shared this set of photos from the same trip, captioning it, “This is arguably the most beautiful and scenic pool in Europe. 😍 It’s so exclusive that only 4 people are allowed in at a time and it’s usually fully booked!”

2. She Hikes

Henderson spends a lot of time outside. One thing she likes to do is go hiking. She shares a lot of posts on Instagram of herself hiking all over the world. Henderson posted this reel of herself hiking in Australia, captioning it, “This beautiful waterfall is located in the tropical forrest of Australia. We actually jumped over this railing, and scaled mossy rocks to get to the middle of the river for pictures.” She also shared these photos of herself hiking in Horseshoe Bend, captioning it, “This is Horseshoe Bend and it’s a part of the Grand Canyon in north Arizona! From this spot I’m standing, I’m 1,000 feet above the river which is equivalent to about a 99 story building 😮 This part of the Grand Canyon is nearly 5 million years old! Have you ever seen the Grand Canyon?!”

3. She’s All About Positivity

Henderson opened up about her career in an interview with Medium. In it, she was asked what advice she would give to others. “I would encourage any young person to practice a lot of self-control and to surround themse`lves with positivity,” she says. As a Professional Streamer and Influencer, you subject yourself to the opinions of people online every day. Yes, I am talking about other kids, moms, dads, and spiteful people hiding behind a keyboard, watching you be successful. There are loads of people who will try to bring you down any time you make big moves for yourself. It is important to have a lot of self control in order to avoid and not entertain those types of people and also, surrounding yourself with positivity will help you remember your mission, your worth, and help you obtain your goals when diving into this type of industry.”

4. She’s Charitable

Variety Power Of Young Hollywood Event Presented By Facebook Gaming - ArrivalsMatt Winkelmeyer/Variety via Getty Images

Henderson is all about supporting others and causes. She opened up about how she decided to start doing this to Medium. “When I was 16, my father suddenly became fatally ill,” she revealed. “It was really hard to watch him struggle, and I had seen him work so hard my entire life running his own business. I knew from that day forward that I wanted to be something and do something impactful with my life. I signed up for my first pageant where I could advocate for my dad’s health situation and try to educate others on how to avoid such illnesses. I ended up winning 3/3 years that I competed, and raised close to $5,000.00 in charitable funds for Children’s Miracle Network. As I dove deeper into the gaming industry, I have kept raising money to keep my loved ones healthy with organizations like FredHutch, which I just raised another $4,563.00 for in a single stream a few weeks ago. I think it’s very important to keep these things in mind as my impact in the world increases. I want to keep giving back because I know how awful it is to have a sick loved one. If I can do anything to help prevent someone from feeling that hurt, then I want to do that.”

5. She Supports Other Women

Henderson wants to support other female gamers. She even founded an all female gaming tournament. Henderson talked about why she wanted to do this to Medium. “I actually have experienced a lot of ‘women hate’ in my career. I noticed very early on that there is a weird trend online in the gaming world to just hate on women for existing. I don’t know where this started or really how to stop it, but I had to try! Statistically, the percentages of male gamers is about 54%, while female is 46%. So, it’s pretty 50/50 when it comes to actual numbers; however, it is pretty rare for females to publicly express their love or interest in gaming due to the amount of hate they get when doing so. Because of this, I started the first ever all females PUBG tournaments in the scene. The tournaments featured hundreds of women who all competed to win a sponsorship package and raise money for charity. The tournaments ended up having over 166,000 live views and raised over $5,000.00 for charity. The community was amazingly supportive, and it really allowed the women in esports to lean on each other and share their love for gaming.”

Hannah Ferrier, of Below Deck Mediterranean, is married, and in Thailand, at the SALA Samui Chaweng Beach private hotel, with new hubby Josh Roberts. “Those honeymoon baths 😍😍,” she captioned a photo of herself in a swimsuit in the bathtub. “Mornings like these 😍😍😍,” she captioned another one, of her in front of a tray of amazing breakfast dishes—in a pool. “So a few of you eager eyed insta friends have recognised where I am staying with Josh on our honeymoon!! It’s SALA in Koh Samui and it’s somewhere I used to come every year after filming to relax and unwind with my best girlfriend,” she captioned another. “We contemplated going somewhere new but honestly - in 15 years of travel I have never found somewhere as peaceful, relaxing and special.” How does she stay so fit? 1. She Doesn’t Follow Fad Diets but Believes in “More of a Balance”

"I actually kind of struggled when I first started chartering with Americans, because Americans have a lot of those fad diets and things like that," Hannah told Bravo. "It was so funny: I remember my first season, it was like, 'Oh, can we get a craft cocktail?' I’m like, 'Yeah, sure.' Then I walk around, and I'm like, 'What … is a craft cocktail? Because in Europe, we just don’t have those sorts of things — all those buzzy diets. It's more of a balance."

2. She Has a Personal Trainer

Bravo's "Below Deck" PremiereSteve Zak Photography/FilmMagic

"I would love to have a consistent routine but it’s so hard when you travel as much as I do," Hannah told Bravo. "I have a personal trainer who I work with in Sydney, and then try to always have a hotel with a gym. My secret is to have no regime! If I’m jet lagged at 3 a.m., I work out then!"

3. She Walks Along the Water

“Even after all these years, water still calms me!” she told Us. “You can also alternate periods of brisk walking with leisurely walking. This type of interval training has many benefits, such as improving cardiovascular fitness and burning more calories than regular walking. And interval training can be done in less time than regular walking,” says the Mayo Clinic.

4. She Wears Athleisure Wear

"The reason I started wearing active wear outside the gym was because I travel so much," she told us. "It’s so comfy to wear on long-haul flights and removes the need to get changed on the plane!"

5. She Uses All-Natural Beauty Products

“The best way to know what's in your products is by reading the list of ingredients,” says the Mayo Clinic. “Ingredients to avoid include:

  • Butylated hydroxyanisole or butylated hydroxytoluene, or BHA or BHT, respectively

These preservatives are found in lipsticks, moisturizes and some food items.

  • Coal tar dyes

They are used as a colorant in hair dye and often labeled as "p-Phenylenediamine" or "CI" followed by a five-digit number.

  • Diethanolamine, or DEA

This is used to make products sudsy. It can be found in cleansers, soaps and shampoos.

  • Dibutyl phthalate, or DBP

This is a plasticizer found in nail polish.”

Taylor Hill, the supermodel and former Victoria's Secret Angel, is no stranger to being in front of the camera. That’s one reason why she’s so good at social media. She has almost 19 million Instagram followers, who come to see her latest looks; accordingly, she shared her latest swimsuit scenes from Zara Swim. “Stunning Lady,” said Emily in Paris star Lily Collins. “Tay so beautiful❤️❤️” commented fellow model Elsa Hosk. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Taylor Hill stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Does Group Fitness Classes

Hill has gone to ModelFit, which did full-body group fitness classes. "We do a lot of slow, muscle-targeting movements with gliding discs and two-pound weights. Almost kind of floor Pilates in a way because we get on the floor, and she puts resistance bands around my ankles and things like that. It's so hard—it doesn't sound hard, and it doesn't look hard, but I could back squat, like, 85 pounds, and I quiver when I do this. I'm like, Oh my God, I can't stand up anymore because I'm so sore! It's amazing," she told Byrdie.

2. She Tried Strength Training

"I used to do a lot of weight training, lifting, and things like that," she says. "It was really difficult, which I liked, but then I realized I wasn't getting the results that I wanted. You have to drink gnarly protein shakes and all of that to build that muscle, especially when you're as tall as me. I'm like; I can't develop muscle; it's just not working!” she told Byrdie.

3. She Used to Bulk Up Before a Show

Off-White : Front Row - Paris Fashion Week - Womenswear F/W 2022-2023Pascal Le Segretain/Getty Images

“I eat 3,000 calories a day before the VS show. Three thousand!” she told The Sunday Times back when she was modeling for Victoria’s Secret. “There’s no way you look like that and don’t eat. You would die. Victoria’s Secret girls are like athletes. We’re like Olympians. We’re strong.” She added: “I just love being me.”

4. She Cares for Her Skin

Moschino - Backstage - Milan Fashion Week Fall/Winter 2022/2023Vittorio Zunino Celotto/Getty Images

“I just keep it really easy, and I use really clean products without a lot of chemicals in them. I use a very simple face wash called CeraVe. It’s for [removing] makeup that causes acne. And then I use coconut oil for hydration. It’s the best! Hair, skin and nails,” she once told Coveteur. “When I’m not working, I literally don’t have a beauty routine. I try to just roll natural, because, you know, I work everyday and put makeup on like crazy everyday. I think on my days off, it’s really nice to just give my skin a break and just hang out; put my hair in a knot and just walk around.” Consuming coconut oil can be good, as well. “It's the quality of your cholesterol that matters, and coconut oil actually increases the good cholesterol, HDL. It increases the LDL, but it makes the particles better so they're not as damaging,” says Dr. Mark Hyman to the Mayo Clinic.

5. This Was Her Diet in NYC During the Victoria’s Secret Years

Armani "One Night Only" - Front RowCedric Ribeiro/Getty Images

"I drink protein shakes, eat a lot of chicken, and try to make more home-cooked meals. It's really hard in New York because everything is so small. My kitchen is tiny, but it's nice because it forces me to learn something new every day and not cook the same things over and over. Snack-wise, I like dark chocolate just because it's something sweet and it makes me feel like I'm eating what I want," she told Allure. Dark chocolate is a healthy choice. "Flavanols are a type of flavonoid that’s found in plants such as the cacao tree. These trees produce the cacao beans used to make chocolate," says the Cleveland Clinic. “Flavanols are abundant in cacao beans,” says dietitian Devon Peart, MHSc, BASc, RD. “The cacao beans are fermented and roasted, producing what we call cocoa beans. We make cocoa solids from those" and dark chocolate "contains two to three times more flavanol-rich cocoa solids as compared to milk chocolate,” Peart adds. “It’s significantly higher.”

Rebeca Andrade is an Olympic gymnast. She is the most decorated Olympic athlete from Brazil, having won two gold medals, three silvers, and a bronze. Andrade recently shared some highlights of her native Brazil on Instagram. In some of them, she posed in a swimsuit while wading. Andrade captioned the post, “SC-&-RS🏕️🌅❤️ Being free is a paradox. It's committing to the life you want, without running away from the work that it entails. It's building freedom every day, with conscious choices and, mainly, with the acceptance that freedom is not the absence of limits, but the autonomy to know which ones are worth it and which ones are not. Being free is being willing to carry the weight of your own life and still find it funny.”

She Swims

In her Instagram post, Andrade is seen swimming. The Cleveland Clinic says that swimming has a lot of benefits. “Swimming takes much less of a toll on your body than, say, running or riding a bike. That’s because exercising in water lessens the impact of your body weight on your joints.”

She Does Gymnastics

Gymnastics is the main way Andrade stays in shape. British Gymnastics states that the sport has a lot of benefits. “When you take part in gymnastics, or any sport for that matter, your body releases chemicals called endorphins. These also help to trigger a positive feeling in the body which can have a positive impact on your happiness and mental wellbeing. This can help to combat feelings of anxiety and depression.”

She Prioritizes Safety

Andrade talked about her training approach in an interview with the Olympics website. She says that she and her coach prioritize her safety, and that she will skip floor sessions if she isn’t able to do it. "I talk a lot with my coach and we trust in each other. We always try to be really safe, and do floor in the correct moments. He believes in me. I'm never going to lie to not do it. So, when I really tell him that I can't do it, it's because I cannot and he always respects that.”

She Sets Goals

In her Olympics website interview, Andrade talked about her commitment and goal setting. Specifically, she talked about her goal to make the Olympic team. “The other [goal], which is the main one, is for us to qualify as a team,” Andrade said. “I think it will be very important for me, for my team, and the focus is on that, whatever happens there, the result is a consequence of our work, of our commitment. But I really want to be there with my team and be happy and healthy.”

She Cooks

Andrade makes sure to eat healthy. She also likes to cook a lot of her own meals. She shared some of her favorite things to make in an interview with NPR. “There was one that was with potatoes and cheese, chicken. There’s cake. There’s cookies. A lot of things.”

Brandi Glanville has never been one to hold back, whether on reality TV or her unfiltered podcast. Best known for her time on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, the US and UK versions of Celebrity Big Brother, and The Traitors, Glanville always speaks her mind. Her podcast, Brandi Glanville Unfiltered, recently stirred up some drama when she called out Real Housewives stars for struggling on The Traitors and suggested the show stop casting them. Many fans saw this as subtle shade toward Phaedra Parks, who excelled in the previous season.

Beyond the headlines, Glanville has shared glimpses into her personal wellness routine, from skincare secrets to unconventional self-care methods. Here’s a look at how she stays feeling and looking her best.

She Uses Eye Patches

One thing that Glanville does to take care of her skin is use under-eye patches. In this Instagram post, she revealed the brand she used on Celebrity Big Brother. Glanville captioned it, “One of the #1 questions we get from fans since leaving #bigbrother is what brand of under eye patches were we wearing constantly on the show...The answer is @peterthomasrothofficial!! They are amaze! #ThanksMarissa 💋 (Blogging about all the products, will be posting on @bbeautyunfltrd soon).”

She Walks

Brandi is seen walking her dog

Brandi Glanville/Instagram

Glanville likes to walk her dogs to keep herself in shape. She shared this video on Instagram of herself and her pup walking in Los Angeles. Glanville captioned the post, “On our way to do some podcasting.” Harvard Health says that walking is very beneficial. “Walking can help protect you during cold and flu season. A study of over 1,000 men and women found that those who walked at least 20 minutes a day, at least 5 days a week, had 43% fewer sick days than those who exercised once a week or less. And if they did get sick, it was for a shorter duration, and their symptoms were milder.”

She Has A Dog

As you can see from the previous Instagram post, Glanville has pet dogs. And according to Harvard Health, this can be beneficial. “A growing body of solid research shows that owning a dog can: provide companionship, help you be more active, make kids calmer, more secure, and more responsible, improve the lives of older individuals, help you be calmer, more mindful, and more present in your life, make you more social and less isolated, ease stress.”

She Worked With A Breath Coach

Glanville revealed to Us Weekly that she works with a breath coach to help with her mental health. “I’m still doing cosmetic stuff, but at the same time trying to fix myself. I eat better and breathe and actually exercise. I’m getting there. I just started with this journey, but I can actually do things. My body can do things now that I couldn’t do five years ago.”

She Uses CellSound

Glanville revealed to People that she used the CellSound treatment on her stomach. "I mean, to be honest, I haven't worn a crop top in years, and I literally feel comfortable going out in a crop top, which is so bizarre," she says. "Not that I feel like everyone should do that, but I can go work out with a crop top on and not feel like I have my mommy stomach and I shouldn't sit down. So it's definitely empowered me in that aspect."

McNamara tells Women’s Health that she doesn’t skip leg day. "I know most people hate leg day, but I kinda love it. It's what makes me feel strongest." Piedmont says that leg workouts are extremely important. “Having strong glutes, quadriceps, hamstrings and calf muscles gives your body a strong foundation and can: Tone your lower body muscles. While on Shadowhunters, McNamara did a lot of HIIT. "In order to do the fight scenes, I needed a lot of upper body strength because I would be holding weapons all day," she says to Women’s Health. "High intensity interval training turned out to be the perfect thing for me. I was able to keep up my cardio stamina and build upon that so I could do the fight scenes, which are basically just sprints."

McNamara tells Women’s Health that she makes sure to stay consistent with her workouts. “There were days when I was tired. There were days when the last thing I wanted to do was pick up a weight...but I just had to physically get myself there—to take a deep breath and remember why I was doing it and why I was there. I think that can go for any kind of physical goal that someone has—half the battle is the mental battle.”
