India Martínez is currently on a trip to Cancun. And she made sure to get some photos for her Instagram. Martínez just posted a new set of photos from the trip this week. In them, she is seen wading in a lake, paddleboarding, and canoeing. Martínez broke out several swimsuits for the trip, and she looked gorgeous. She captioned the post, “Resting a few days in Cancun and Riviera Maya. Enjoying mangroves, crystal clear waters, delicious dinners, the peace that is breathed around here, but the best thing has been sharing it with our friends. 1. She Works Her Legs
Martínez makes sure to workout her entire body. And that includes her legs and lower body. She shared this video on Instagram of herself doing different workouts in the gym. In it, Martínez is seen doing standing leg curls, jump squat lunges, and glute bridges. She captioned the post, “A little workout 🏋🏽♀️ inspired by @ejercicios_fitness.”
2. She Works Her Abs

Martínez has amazing abs. And she does a lot of ab workouts to stay in shape. In the previous Instagram video, she is seen doing opposite elbow to knee crunches. Having a strong core is very important. The Mayo Clinic states, “Your core is the central part of your body. It includes your pelvis, lower back, hips and stomach. Martínez loves to spend time in the snow. One thing she likes to do in particular is go snowboarding. She shared this video on Instagram of herself going down a mountain, before falling backwards.
