1. She’s Vegan
Reynolds is open about being vegan. She revealed how she first became vegan in a post for Grazia. She says that the change has had a lot of benefits on her life. “I became vegan for ethical and environmental reasons, but I definitely realised the health benefits afterwards.” "If followed properly, a whole foods, plant-based diet limits the use of oils, added sugars and processed foods, leaving only whole foods to provide nutrition. This maximizes nutrient intake and virtually eliminates foods that can lead to poor health outcomes," says the Cleveland Clinic.

Reynolds tells Grazia that she is a lot less strict with food than she used to be. “Since becoming vegan, I’ve been eating more - which is always a bonus. I used to diet a lot, and I struggled for years with that. But with being vegan, I find I make healthier choices. Even though the food you eat is more restricted, you’re not on a diet to lose weight and for me, that’s really helped my relationship with food. It’s been so much better for my mental health.”

Reynolds tells Grazia that she likes to make a lot of her own meals. “I love cooking things like mac’n’cheese and no chicken pie.” Reynolds also says that she likes to use a lot of veggies in her cooking. “Personally, I try not to use meat supplements: I just use more veg.”

Reynolds tells Grazia that she likes to try new food, and that it is crucial to being vegan. “My biggest piece of advice is that I think you have to have an open mind,” she says. “I would have never eaten peas or beans before becoming vegan. Look where I am now!”
5. She Has No Time For Trolls

Reynolds has no time for trolls or social media haters. She called out body shamers on Instagram, writing, “So over people commenting on my weight! I'm either 'too fat' or 'lost too much weight' you genuinely can't win! Luckily I'm not trying too, and am thick skinned enough to ignore the negativity. However, not everyone is. So, I'd just like to remind you before you comment on people's size, is that it's not always their choice.”
