Sarah Ashcroft is showing off her new ‘do – in her workout clothes. In a new social media post the clothing designer and social media influencer flaunts her flat abs in an Adidas tube top. “Birthday braids,” she captioned the Instagram photo. “Literally soo gorgeous 😍,” commented one of her followers. “Obsessed! You look like a goddess,” added another. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.


1. Daily Workouts

“I try to workout every morning if I can fit it in. Exercise has become even more important to me since launching SLA as I feel it is the only time where I don’t think about the 1000’s of things I need to do. It's a little 1 hour break from everything and really helps to clear my head. Plus you feel amazing after so it sets you up for a positive day,” Sarah told Just Entrepreneurs.

2. Self-Care Time

Sarah stresses the importance of self-care, which for her, is spending time with loved ones. “Its also really important to remember to take time away from everything every now and again to just have fun with friends or family so you don’t get consumed by your business as it is very easy to do so,” she says.

Sarah is a fan of cycling. “I go spinning three to four times a week,” she said in a YouTube video. “Spinning has become my new thing. I love spinning.” She said she enjoys getting in “the zone, 45 minutes with the lights on, the music going.” The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.

4. Strength Training

She also strength trains. “I go to the gym and I lift weights twice a week,” she said in the same clip. According to the Mayo Clinic, strength and weight training help reduce body fat, preserve and increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently. Strength training may also help you:

5. Boxing

Sarah also knows how to pack a punch. “I do boxing fitness one, sometimes two times a week,” she said. Harvard Health maintains that boxing is a great way to build strength, improve balance, posture, hand-eye coordination, boost mood and endurance, and helps increase alertness.
