She Tackles Her Health Issues

Ireland struggled with anorexia and bulimia in her younger years and is very open about her recovery. "Got a call from my old program yesterday… 6 years 🎉," she said a 2020 video on Instagram. "Wanted to announce that today is the 15th of August, and today marks six years that I have been free of anorexia and bulimia and all of my other food compulsion and eating disorders that I have struggled through for many years," she said. "And today marks six years. So, you can do it."

She Breaks a Sweat

Working out is a big part of Ireland's life. She regularly shares her workouts on social media, and they are intense. Another calorie blasting activity she loves? Boxing. "The evidence is clear—physical activity can make you feel better, function better, and sleep better. Even one session of moderate-to-vigorous physical activity reduces anxiety, and even short bouts of physical activity are beneficial. Being physically active also fosters normal growth and development, improves overall health, can reduce the risk of various chronic diseases," says the CDC.

She Takes Vitamins and Eats Veggies

Ireland takes care of herself, starting with making sure she gets all the nutrients she needs "yoooo!!! love your body. respect your body. stop spending your money on juul pods. spend it on vitamins and veggies. get your titties checked. get active. get vitamin d. breathe fresh air. be happy. laugh it all off. spend your remaining time on this earth with people who love you and make you feel good and if you don't have many of those people, get out and go look for them. some of y'all are taking this whole life thing so damn seriously… and it's so not worth it," she captioned this 2019 Instagram post.

She Doesn't Listen to the Noise

Ireland avoids listening to trolls. "I saw what people were saying about me, that of course I was modeling because I was so-and-so's daughter. 'She's fat, she's disgusting.' I would get so down on myself," she told Megyn Kelly on TODAY. That's when she made the decision, "today, I am going to stop reading these comments and stop caring. I stopped altogether looking at articles and paparazzi photos. I used to be crazy about my double chin, or the bad angle of my butt. I'm not even going to look anymore. I owe it to myself."

She Doesn't Diet

You won't find Ireland on a crash diet. "I don't eat well at all. I go through so many phases. I'm eating more vegan one month, or vegetarian, or I have a burger again. I'm such a foodie. I hate missing out. I hate salad beyond anything in the world. I love my wine. I need to eat fun food," she told Today.
