1. She Overcame An Eating Disorder

Baldwin used to struggle with an eating disorder. She opened up about her recovery on Instagram. “I battled with many eating disorders and body issues as a younger girl and it took me a long time to find self love and acceptance! Trust me, all of that pain and destruction I inflicted on myself wasn’t worth it. Turning down so. Many. Sides. Of. Fries. Wasn’t worth it!!”

2. She’s All About Self-Love

In the same post, Baldwin opened up about self-love. She says that this is something that helped her overcome her previous struggles. Baldwin writes, “Love yourself!! You are beautiful!! Enjoy your food. Eat ice cream with your friends! Workout and eat healthy to take care of your mind and body but find your healthy balance! Life is too short.”

3. She Ignores Comments

In an interview on the Today Show, Baldwin opened up about growing up in the public eye. She says that she was subjected to a lot of hurtful comments, and is working on ignoring them. “Today, I am going to stop reading these comments and stop caring. I stopped altogether looking at articles and paparazzi photos. I used to be crazy about my double chin, or the bad angle of my butt. I’m not even going to look anymore. I owe it to myself.”

4. She Uses Natural Products

Baldwin took a lot of skincare tips from her mother. She tells Us Weekly that she uses cruelty free products for this reason. “I’ve learned about beauty from my mom — everything from putting on lipstick to how to wash your face,” she says. “My mom would only let me buy cruelty-free brands and makeup that was not tested on animals.”

5. She Does At Home Workouts

Baldwin makes sure to stay in shape. And she doesn’t always need to go to a gym to do so. She likes to do at home workouts. Baldwin revealed her favorite at home workouts in a post on Instagram. She captioned it, "When ya don’t got a gym: 2 mile run, stair variations with sprints and push ups in between.”
