Irene’s stay-fit strategy starts with a healthy diet. On her Instagram page she has an entire tab devoted to food. While she mixes up her daily menu she focuses her diet around lean proteins, whole grains, fruits, vegetables, and dairy products. She eats lots of salads topped with chicken or tuna and lots of veggies, avocado toast, and healthy pizza that she makes herself. She also cooks most of her meals, ensuring she knows exactly what she is putting in her body.
