She Washes Her Face Twice A Day

Shayk has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She opened up about her secrets in an interview with Vogue. One thing Shayk does is wash her face twice a day. "It's very simple. I wash my face twice a day, with water in the morning and face wash at night."

She Switches Up Her Skincare

Shayk tells Vogue that she uses a lot of different things to take care of her skin. "I always love to change and try something new, as I believe that if you stick with one moisturizer and one face wash, your skin will become dry or oily. I usually wear moisturizer, but during the summer it can just be a light serum."

She Loves Jiu-Jitsu

Shayk opened up about her favorite exercises to Women's Health. She says that she likes to do jiu-jitsu to stay in shape. "Four months ago I started jiu-jitsu with my personal trainer and it's great. It's a Japanese self-defence discipline, but because there's so many possible move combinations, it's brilliant for constantly challenging my body and pushing it to exhaustion every time. I do it four times a week when I'm at home in New York."

She Works Out On The Road

Shayk has to do a lot of traveling, but she still manages to work out when she's on the road. She revealed her secrets to Women's Health. "If I'm traveling, I try to work out in my hotel room or at work during breaks, focusing on simple barre moves that don't need any equipment and really work my arms and bum. These lengthening exercises also help to stretch me out and help clear any water retention, which I tend to get after long-haul flights."

She Brings Workout Gear

 

Shayk always has workout gear with her. She tells Women's Health that this is her biggest secret to working out on a regular basis. "Grabbing workout time whenever I can means constantly carrying my kit around with me," she says. "So I've totally embraced athleisure. If I can turn up to a shoot in the same chic clothes I can wear to exercise, it saves me so much time and effort!"
