1. She Works Out 2 to 3 Times a Week

Iris hits the gym regularly. “I try to go twice a week, sometimes three times,” she told People. “I have a [trainer] so he helps show me what I have to do to work out the body part I want to work, and if I’m on my own, I run and I do ab [exercises] and a lot of squats!”

2. These Are Her Favorite Exercises

Her favorite exercises? Planks and crunches. Her go-to workout might include planking for one minute, side planking on each side for another, doing crunches for an entire song length, and then lots of squats. “When I travel, I try to work out before I go to bed,” she told People. “I’ll do 10 minutes of abs one day and 10 minutes of butt the next day. There’s a lot of videos on YouTube, and I use 10 minutes to do one part of my body.”

3. Music Motivates Her

One thing you will always find at one of Iris’ workouts? Music. “It’s my motivation,” she said about why she has to listen to tunes while exercising. A chorus can be a motivator also. "Research shows that the brain benefits from the cognitive activity and exercise, social interaction, and sense of meaning and purpose that creative activities such as singing in a chorus provide. Specifically, we encourage those living with MCI to engage in mental activities that challenge you to think a little faster and that are new in some way," says the Mayo Clinic.

4. She Cooks Her Own Food

“I love food,” Iris admits to People. How does she ensure healthy eating? “The most important thing is I cook, so I can choose what I want to add, and not use a lot of salt and things like that. I don’t have a diet, but I try to eat a lot during breakfast and lunch and not a lot for dinner.”

5. Her Diet Is Healthy

“My typical breakfast is oats with milk and banana,” Iris told People. “If I have time I cook some eggs, but I eat only the whites. For lunch, I like doing pasta with tomatoes, avocado and chicken. I try to eat a lot of protein. For dinner I’ll have soup with bread.”

6. She Walks

Another trick Mittenaere has to stay in shape? She walks whenever she can. “And don’t use the elevator — use the stairs!” She also maintains a very active lifestyle, sharing photos of her outdoor adventures on social media.

Former Below Deck star Georgia Rose has transformed her physique since leaving the show—and it’s clear all her hard work is paying off. The model posted a cheeky picture of herself looking gorgeous in black bikini bottoms (holding a hat to protect her modesty). “When we had our own little treehouse above our own little private beach 🌿🌞🌊 @georgianatalie_ Missing you G x,” she captioned the post. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 6 ways Rose stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Goes Hard At the Gym

Rose is incredibly focused while at the gym, and posted a video of herself doing cardio and strength training to show what her routine looks like. “❗️Turn your pain into power❗️@grapefitt getting me get back ontop 📍 @hustlefitstudio #fitness #workout #thecomeback #workout #hustle.”

2. She Practices Moderation

Rose lost weight after leaving Below Deck by watching her portions and focusing on a healthy lifestyle. “Since I went on @belowdecksailing I’ve gotten a lot healthier, I’ve actually lost a wild 9kgs (almost 20 pounds),” she says. “Not through some drastic diet or anything, just watching my portions and what I eat, working out, partying less (thanks to lockdown).” Portion control has been shown to be effective for healthy weight loss—but it's not always easy. “Large portions make you eat more. If I could teach just one thing about nutrition, it would be this: Larger portions have more calories. Funny? Portion size is anything but obvious,” says Marion Nestle, Paulette Goddard professor of Nutrition, Food Studies, and Public Health at NYU. “Research repeatedly confirms that larger food servings not only provide more calories but also have two other effects. They encourage people to eat more and to underestimate how much they are eating. How to deal with the portion size problem? Use small plates and cups in the dining hall. When eating out, order appetizers, not entrees. Order the small size, or share large portions with friends.”

3. Nothing Is Off-Limits

Rose works hard and is disciplined about her fitness—but still allows herself treats and cheat meals. “This is the happiest and healthiest I’ve felt in a long time- I still eat a lot of Nandos, always order dessert, and I can’t run a 5km (yet) but I’ve still come a long way, so yeah,” Rose says. “Having a regularly scheduled cheat day each week can actually be good for weight loss by preventing binges, reducing cravings, providing a mental break from dieting, and boosting metabolism—if it’s done in a healthy way,” says Carolyn Williams, PhD, RD. “By healthy way, I mean using it as a day when you give yourself a break from measuring every portion and counting calories and allowing yourself a little leeway to enjoy a favorite food or two. You still consume plenty of water, and try to get fruits and vegetables in, but in a more relaxed way. What’s not considered healthy (or good for weight loss) is to use a cheat day as a time when you go to extremes with eating or binges.”

4. She Gets Botox

Rose is open about using Botox to keep wrinkles at bay. "Remember when Botox was a taboo subject? Now when someone mentions it, nobody raises an eyebrow 😉 Dr Dominique at @skinrenewalcapequarter doing what she does best ❤️🙏 #itstime #preventativecare #selfcare #botox #skinrenewalsa #skinrenewalcapequarter,” she captioned a video of herself getting Botox injected above her eyebrows.

5. She Loves to Kayak

Rose says Kayaking is “One of the best ways to clear your head (especially if you fall in the freezing Cape Town water).” “For people who just run and cycle, they tend to not have a lot of muscle mass in the upper body,” says Dr. François Billaut, an exercise physiology professor at Laval University in Quebec and the former head physiologist for the Canadian national kayaking team. “Kayaking offers a balance.”

6. She Enjoys Gelato

Rose is a big fan of delicious gelato. “When buying single-serve frozen treats, choose one with no more than 150 calories per serving, then stick to one serving,” says Anna Taylor, MS, RD, LD, CDE. “If you’re comparing items pick the one lowest in saturated fat and sugar.”

Emma Slater is in Antibes enjoying a lovely family vacation. The Dancing With the Stars champ posted a photo of herself in a bright patterned bikini top with the caption, “FRANCE 🇫🇷 avec ma famille. I love my family, my heart is full seeing them. How cute are my parents on slide 3 🥹,” she captioned the post. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Slater stays in shape and the photos that prove they work—and to get beach-ready yourself, don't miss these essential 30 Best-Ever Celebrity Bathing Suit Photos!

1. She Enjoys Yoga and Barre

Slater’s favorite workout is—of course—dancing, but she likes to branch out into other exercises. “I love Yoga barre type workouts too,” she tells Witney Carson. “They lengthen my calves! Uphill walking and hiking I do a fair bit of, music is the one thing I must have to work out because then it’s more like meditation for me rather than just working out. I couldn’t do it without music. Lately my partner Rashad has been going through NFL warm ups with me before rehearsal and I LOVE them!”

2. She Loves Fish and Salad

Healthy eating isn’t a struggle for Slater—she loves protein-filled salads. “Honestly, I’m a salad and fish person,” she says. “I will eat just a basic leafy salad with an Asian dressing. I also like raw veggies with hummus, but not celery because I hate the aftertaste! I do mostly smoothies though during the season. Almond milk, banana, kale, spirulina, apple and plant based protein.”

3. Popcorn Is Her Guilty Pleasure

A,Wooden,Bowl,Of,Salted,Popcorn,On,Rustic,Table.Shutterstock

Slater loves to indulge in popcorn once in a while. “Popcorn! Movie style. Gosh there’s nothing better than seeing a great film with [husband] Sash or the girls, and having a massive tub of popcorn on your lap,” she says. “Even if the film is bad, I’m still really happy! I get the popcorn, Sash gets the peanut M&Ms. Everyone’s happy.”

4. She Loves Breakfast

Slater loves a leisurely breakfast first-thing on her days off. “Wake up on a day off, quickly shower and get out the house straightaway,” she describes her perfect “date”. “Get in the car and drive to our local breakfast spot, Food Lab! It might seem boring to always go there but it feels so relaxing because it’s quite European so feels like home.”

5. She Thrives on Adventure

Slater enjoys trying new things and exploring whenever she gets the chance. “I like being adventurous and spontaneous. I enjoy the little things so I don’t need an over the top fancy date with lots of bells and whistles for me to be really into the guy,” she says. “I’m not flashy so an extreme lavish lifestyle would get boring to me after a while if I wasn’t also able to take time for the little things in life, because that’s where I believe raw beauty is. And now I’ve found my forever guy, we are always so aware that our perfect date can be everyday because of the little things we do together.”

So, how does she stay in such incredible shape? From strength training to boxing, here’s a look at her go-to fitness moves.

She Strength Trains

In her Instagram post, Sharvari is seen doing a strength training exercise. The Mayo Clinic says that strength training has a lot of benefits. “Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories. Strength training may enhance your quality of life and improve your ability to do everyday activities. Strength training can also protect your joints from injury. Building muscle also can contribute to better balance and may reduce your risk of falls. This can help you maintain independence as you age.”

She Does Yoga

Sharvari shares a lot of her favorite workouts on Instagram. One thing she likes to do is yoga. Sharvari posted this video of herself doing poses on her page. John Hopkins Medicine states that yoga is very beneficial. “Regular yoga practice may reduce levels of stress and body-wide inflammation, contributing to healthier hearts. Several of the factors contributing to heart disease, including high blood pressure and excess weight, can also be addressed through yoga.”

She Plays Padel

Sharvari likes to play padel to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself on the court. Playing padel has a lot of health benefits. Everybody Health & Leisure says, “It improves cardiovascular fitness, helps to build strength and endurance, enhances coordination and promotes overall physical and mental well-being. Not to mention, it’s a fantastic way to burn calories.”

She Boxes

Another thing that Sharvari does to keep herself in shape is box. She first picked this up when training for the film, Vedaa. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself punching a bag. Sharvari captioned the post, “BEAST MODE on for Vedaa! ⚠️☠️🥊 Took up boxing to become Vedaa... Now I am ready to pack a punch or be strong enough to take a brutal beating 💪#Vedaa coming to a theatre near you on August 15th.”

She Runs

Sharvari likes to run to keep herself in shape. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself running on the beach. She captioned the post, “Decided to seas the day!” Better Health says that running is very beneficial. “Regular running or jogging offers many health benefits. Running can: help to build strong bones, as it is a weight bearing exercise, strengthen muscles, improve cardiovascular fitness, burn plenty of kilojoules, help maintain a healthy weight.”

Natasa Stankovic in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Wednesday Challenge"

Stankovic shares her go-to workout moves, from squats to lunges, cardio, Pilates, and strength training.

Entertainment India - March 2023

Natasa Stankovic isn’t just a content creator—she’s a fitness inspiration. Known for sharing intense workout sessions on Instagram, she keeps her followers motivated with creative exercise challenges and dynamic routines.

In her latest post, Stankovic teamed up with Aleksandar Illic for a lower body blast, pushing through variations of squats and lunges. Dressed in a sleek two-piece workout set, she captioned the session, “Wednesday challenge,” proving that fitness is all about consistency and fun.

So, how does she maintain her lean, strong physique? From strength training to Pilates, here’s a look at Stankovic’s go-to workout moves.

She Does Squats

Stankovic does squats to keep herself in shape, as you can see in her Instagram video. Piedmont says that this exercise has a lot of health benefits. “Whether you’re hoping to tone your muscles, strengthen your core or just improve overall health, squats are one of the best exercises you can do. Although the movements appear relatively simple, squats can take time to master. Joel Hardwick, ACSM EP-C, EIM2, an exercise physiologist at Piedmont Atlanta Fitness Center, says practice will pay off…Hardwick explains that squats are a compound, multi-joint movement, which means they exercise several muscle groups. When you perform a squat, you work your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, core and part of your back.”

She Does Lunges

Stankovic is also seen doing lunges in her Instagram video. The Mayo Clinic reports that lunges are very beneficial to do. “The lunge is a body resistance exercise that works the leg muscles. Specifically, the lunge targets the quadriceps and the hamstring muscles in the thigh, the gluteal muscles in the buttock, and to a lesser extent, the lower leg muscles. The lunge is a great conditioning exercise for many sports, especially those that involve lunging movements, such as tennis, basketball or soccer.”

She Does Cardio

Stankovic likes to do cardio workouts to keep herself in shape. She shared this video of herself doing fast box jumps in different directions on Instagram. Stankovic captioned it, “Morning cardio challenge.” Cardio exercises have a lot of benefits. The Cleveland Clinic says, “When you work your heart and other muscles of your body during cardio exercise, this increases oxygen supply to your whole body, allowing all muscles to work harder and more efficiently. Over time, regular cardio exercise allows your muscles to adapt to an increased workload, making regular activities seem easier.”

She Does Pilates

Stankovic shares a lot of her favorite workouts in an Instagram story highlight. In some of the stories, she is seen doing Pilates exercises on a reformer. Pilates is very beneficial. The Cleveland Clinic says, “One of the reasons Pilates is such a good workout is that it specifically focuses on building core strength.”

She Strength Trains

Stankovic likes to strength train to keep herself in shape. She shared this Instagram story of herself using dumbbells. ACE Fitness says that strength training and using weights has a lot of health benefits. “Strength training with heavy weights improves muscle definition. Muscle definition occurs as the result of muscles remaining in a state of semi-contraction and heavy strength training recruits the larger type II muscle fibers responsible for a muscle’s appearance.”

Kim French in Two-Piece Workout Gear Shares "Real Results" Workout

Learn how she sculpts her powerhouse physique with deadlifts, lunges, squats, and more.

Kim French is more than just a personal trainer—she’s a fitness coach who empowers thousands through her Believe App and Instagram workouts. Known for her structured, effective home training plans, she proves that you don’t need a gym full of heavy weights to build serious strength.

In a recent Instagram post, French shared a glimpse of her at-home training, reminding followers that smart training delivers "REAL results." Rocking a sleek two-piece workout set, she showcased some of her go-to exercises, emphasizing that with the right strategy, anyone can see progress.

So what’s in her routine? From deadlifts to hip thrusts, here’s how French sculpts her powerhouse physique.

She Does Deadlifts

French is seen doing deadlifts in her Instagram post. This exercise has a lot of benefits. NASM says, “A Romanian deadlift is a hip-hinge pattern that works the hamstrings and glutes. It is a form of deadlift with noticeably less bend in the knee, leading to greater hamstring engagement than traditional deadlifts. The move was introduced to the masses in the 90s by Romanian weightlifter Nicu Vlad (an Olympic and World Weightlifting champion) and his coach Dragomir Cioroslan. The two invented the move to help Nicu strengthen his back for the clean and jerk. Today, RDLs are commonly used to strengthen the posterior chain, using the core muscles to stabilize and the hamstrings and glutes to drive the movement.”

She Does Lunges

Another exercise that French is seen doing in her Instagram post is lunges. NASM says that they are very beneficial. “The lunge is a versatile, simple and effective movement for lower body training. Various positions, planes of motion and speeds can all yield different training adaptations for the exerciser. Lunges are the gift that keeps on giving!”

She Does Squats

French is seen doing squats in her Instagram video. According to The Cleveland Clinic, squats are very beneficial. “Here’s a quick look at the many benefits of squats, also known as bodyweight squats or air squats: Works major muscle groups. Burns calories. Strengthens your core. Improves lower body strength. Enhances stability and balance. Betters your posture.”

She Does Hamstring Curls

French is seen doing hamstring curls in her Instagram post. According to The Mayo Clinic, hamstring curls are very beneficial. “The seated hamstring curl is an exercise you can do with a weight machine to work the muscles in the back of the thigh. As the name implies, the seated hamstring curl targets the hamstring muscles here in the back of the thigh. Strong hamstring muscles help to protect your ligaments in the knee.”

She Does Hip Thrusts

French shared this video on Instagram of herself doing hip thrusts. She captioned it, “Hip Thrusts are no doubt one of the best exercises for building your Glutes but of course with any exercise, the form has to be correct for you to see the maximum benefits…✖️ Feet too far forwards will engage your hamstrings more ✖️ Feet too close to you will engage your quads more ✔️ Feet placed so your calves are vertical will engage your glutes more.”
