Iris Mittenaere is a former Miss France and a Miss Universe titleholder. And she still looks like a pageant girl today. Mittenaere is enjoying a beach trip with friends, and shared some highlights on Instagram. In them, she wore a blue bathing suit and a white shirt, as she enjoyed time at the beach and her hotel's pool. She captioned the post, "Friends and rose." How does she stay so fit? She Swims

Mittenaere loves to swim as a way of staying in shape. She shares a lot of photos on Instagram of herself in the water. Mittenaere shared this reel of herself diving into the ocean off a boat. She captioned it, "Unreal…Who do you want to be here with?" She also posted this photo series of herself in Ios, Greece, including a photo of herself in the ocean.

She Plays Sports

Mittenaere loves to play sports. "I practice a lot of sport," she tells Cosmopolitan. "I try to do it about twice a week. When you have a very busy schedule, it's good to be able to take breaks where you find yourself a little alone with yourself, even if I like to play sports with a coach. It makes me feel good, and since I represent Miss Universe, the Miss Universe brand, it's important to have a firm and toned body, and I try to have it."

She Works Out Regularly

Mittenaere revealed her diet and exercise secrets to People. She says that she makes sure to exercise as often as she can. "I try to go twice a week, sometimes three times," she says. "I have a [trainer] so he helps show me what I have to do to work out the body part I want to work, and if I'm on my own, I run and I do ab [exercises] and a lot of squats!"

She Watches Workout Videos

Mittenaere is consistent with her workouts. Even when she's on the road. She tells People that she likes to watch fitness videos in her hotel. "When I travel, I try to work out before I go to bed," she says. "I'll do 10 minutes of abs one day and 10 minutes of butt the next day. There's a lot of videos on YouTube, and I use 10 minutes to do one part of my body."

She Cooks

Mittenare makes sure to eat a healthy diet. She tells People that one of her secrets is cooking a lot of her meals. "I love food," she says. "The most important thing is I cook, so I can choose what I want to add, and not use a lot of salt and things like that. I don't have a diet, but I try to eat a lot during breakfast and lunch and not a lot for dinner."
