She captioned it: "Twitter saw this CLAP-BACK first 👏👏👏 I could go on and on about body shaming and cyberbullying, but they don’t deserve the attention. But, I’ll always be LOUD about loving yourself and all that you are, no matter what anyone else has to say.” How does she stay so fit? Throughout her career, Purrazzo has never been afraid to call out body shamers. In her most recent Instagram post’s caption, Purrazzo once again took time to call out the haters. “I could go on and on about body shaming and cyberbullying, but they don’t deserve the attention.” "Teach your children to not respond to cyberbullying messages. "Warning signs of cyberbullying include seeming depressed or upset after spending time online and trying to avoid school or social situations."

2. She’s All About Self-Love

"Once you've identified troubling situations, pay attention to your thoughts about them. This includes what you tell yourself (self-talk) and your interpretation of what the situation means. Your thoughts and beliefs might be positive, negative or neutral. They might be rational, based on reason or facts, or irrational, based on false ideas," says the Mayo Clinic. Casta opened up about her career to Grazia. She says that she wants to be authentic in her career, and change the perception of how models are viewed. “The idea is to fight for the beauty. When I talk about beauty it's something profound, not something superficial. It's true I came from fashion but I also felt I fought for something. I met incredible people like Saint Laurent who taught me to how to fight for beauty – real beauty. I think that's why they came to me because they knew I was trying all those 20 years to be authentic and trying to break the code as a model.”

2. She Makes Working Out A Priority

For Casta, fitness is a priority. She tells Grazia that she always makes time for exercise in her schedule. “Sometimes I have to [work out]. I don’t want to like everybody but I have to and I’m a human being. I’ve always been a sports person anyway since I was a young girl; it’s good for the brain. I go to run, I do gym sometimes, I swim... I’m not a freak out with that.”

3. She Runs

Casta toldHarper’s Bazaar in 2012 that she is an avid runner. “Ladies; we need to work out – there are no alternatives. I try to exercise as much as possible. I like to run, swim and walk rather than going to the gym. You can’t beat an early morning run to start the day. I am quite active, having children makes you that way because I’m always running around after them!”

4. She’s All About Self-Love

Casta is all about self-love and self-acceptance. She tells Grazia that she wants others to feel the same way. “You are beautiful in the eyes of someone without them looking at you. Beauty is something universal, it's not only one way of being. It's what I'm fighting for women to accept the feminity that they have. This is really important to me, [especially now that] I have daughters.

5. She Takes Care Of Her Skin

Casta has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She shared some of her secrets with Into The Gloss. "Sometimes when I have puffy eyes, I take ice and put some rose lotion and a cotton pad all together, and put it on my eyes in the morning. I have a product for when the lips get dry…it’s papaya; Lucas Papaw Ointment... I love to use that product, but I can put it here too, on the eye. It can be a nice eye shadow, especially here, on the inner corner, to create light around the eye."

1. She Uses Hand Weights

In this Instagram video, Cediel revealed some of her favorite workouts to her followers. In the video, she is seen doing lateral lifts, and dancing with the weights in her hands. She humorously captioned the video, “Who else gets confused exercising? Train, sing, dance, smile, repeat.” Here’s a quick handweight exercise from personal trainer Mark Langowski:

1 leg deadlift into biceps curl and shoulder press.

Men; use 12-20lb db’s, Women Use 5-10lb db’s.

“Grasp a dumbbell in each hand, palms facing inward. Standing on one leg, tilt at the waist, keeping your back from rounding, and lower your chest toward the floor until your back is parallel to the ground. Exhale as you slowly come up and, at the top of movement, curl the weights up to your shoulders, then press them overhead. Do 8 repetitions for each leg.”

2. She Swims

Cediel likes to go swimming. In fact, she recently received the exciting opportunity to go swimming with dolphins in Cabo San Lucas. She posted this photo and this video on Instagram of herself interacting with the dolphins in the water. “Water is significantly denser than air — by almost 800 times. That means you can build muscle strength as you move through water. One study found that a long-term water exercise program was actually more effective than working out on land to build muscle strength,” says the Mayo Clinic.

3. She Catches Some Rays

Twn minutes of sun can be good for you each day because it provides vitamin D. “Vitamin D is a nutrient your body needs for building and maintaining healthy bones,” says the Mayo Clinic. “That's because your body can only absorb calcium, the primary component of bone, when vitamin D is present. Vitamin D also regulates many other cellular functions in your body. Its anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and neuroprotective properties support immune health, muscle function and brain cell activity.”

4. Love Yourself, She Urges

“Each of us has different purposes. Love yourself, respect yourself, value yourself and treat yourself as a priority. Don’t compare yourself. FOCUS ON YOU. Change your mentality, start the transformation from the inside and you will see how you reflect it outside,” she once captioned a post.

Water Skiing

Sydney Sweeney arrives to "The Road to the Golden Globes Party"

Sydney has been water skiing since she was a toddler. “The moment I could walk, my mom put me on what’s called a U-board to learn how to ski,” she told Women’s Health. “I remember that whenever we would go by the docks of my grandma’s or my cousin’s house, I’d wave. I felt so cool because I could take off one hand. That’s my earliest memory of skiing, but I’ve been doing it as long as I can remember. It’s my favorite.” How does it help her achieve her amazing body? “It’s a lot of upper body strength, it’s balance, it’s core, it’s legs—you get tired really fast,” she says. “I see such a change in my body after an entire summer of [skiing]. My arms are stronger, more sculpted. My abs are rock solid. But I never look at it as a workout because it is so much fun,” she said.

Morning Workouts

Sydney mixes up her exercise routine, but likes to get workouts over with early in the day. “I like to work out in the morning, so I’ll either go for a run or I’ll go to Solidcore,” says Sydney. The high-intensity, low-impact Pilates-inspired workout “makes me feel so strong, but also elongated,” Sydney said about her sweat sessions. “I feel so good afterwards.”

Self-Care

Sydney engages in self-care activities. “I love to paint, and I love to read,” she said. “Those are the activities that are just for me.” One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years than those who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

She Walks and Hikes

One of the ways she treats her anxiety is by spending time outdoors with her dog, Tank. She takes him on walks or hikes. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day reduced the risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia, and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Mariana does reformer Pilates. “POV: Stepping into the prettiest torture chamber,” she wrote across a video of herself at the studio. Why is Pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic, the workout has many benefits, as it “strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility, resulting in improved overall health.” It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, stress and back pain relief, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Mariana recently got an aesthetic body treatment, Emsculpt NEO. “I’ve heard all the rage about the benefits to spot reducing fat & toning muscle so I had to give it a try to target those pesky lower abs. It was a 10/10 & a great addition to my workout routine,” she wrote.
