Some of the physical benefits include building stronger muscles and bones, improving your sense of balance, improving your heart health, and decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems. Itati also enjoys kayaking, which is great for building upper body strength and helps reduce stress. It can also burn up to 400 calories per hour, translating to 1,600 calories in four hours of paddling.
