Ivana spends a lot of time at the beach, so it's not surprising that she enjoys jet skiing. Not only is the water sport fun, but per Health Fitness Revolution, the average 150-pound rider will burn a surprising 238 calories during a half-hour ride. The sport is also great for cardiovascular endurance.

She Says Diet, Genetics, and Exercise Are Responsible for Her Body

Ivana maintains that she hasn't gone under the knife. When asked by a fan on Instagram live if she had "her butt done"she replied: "No! I didn't do BBL and I don't have implants. Just genetic. Lot of food and workout." "Simple and natural," she captioned this recent Instagram photo.

Ivana has a no excuses policy when it comes to exercise. "On vacation without equipment? That is not an excuse," she captioned a post of herself exercising with no equipment.

She Dances

Ivana also love dance cardio. "I enjoy dancing, not just in sake of having a fit body, but also for its calming impact on me. Consequently, I will probably dance as much as I could until the pageant, in order of reaching mentioned state of calmness and restlessness," she tells  Angelopedia.

She Hydrates

Finally, hydration is a key part of Ivana's approach to health. According to the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine men should drink about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day and women about 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids.
